I was able to go dancing last night
I have more dates coming up

Feeling a little easy in my mind now. Not craving drugs either! Just dates! Life is happening.

so many choices in life. I need to take a step back, slow down, and figure out what's best for me.
 
I'm good with a touch of indifference,

Yesterday my sister told me that my ex is in the hospital for a heroin overdose again. Part of me wants to care but the majority can't be bothered. That dude just needs to find what makes him happy :\

i'm a little depressed from stopping regular IV morphine, substituting with a little tramadol and codeine on days i take a break as wd's hit hard. it's a cycle i'm going through every 2 weeks and again, i'm getting sick and tired of getting sick and tired. the valium has slipped it's way into the equation as well so at times i'm dealing with the bullshit of both wd's coinceded, luckily no more than 2-3 day. but those 2-3 days seem like months. going through the sweats in the middle of a sub-tropic summer isn't that pleasant either.

so i'm determined to stick by my plan to have my morphine dose dropped back before my birthday, or may switch back to oxycontin to divert from using them intravenously.

it's also my late grandfathers birthday tomorrow so i've been thinking about him today and how much i still miss and love him. he was such an infectious guy to be around. he unfortunately lost his life to cancer a few years after a triple bypass operation, catching golden staph twice while in the hospital recovering. he was a tough old bastard and kept going till the day he died. i got the satisfaction of being able to hug and say goodbye to him in his chair he passed away in at home before the ambulance took him. he had a peaceful look on his face:) love you grandad<3

I want to see Les Miserables, but I don't want to see Russel Crowe butcher Javert after having seen the professional production and being in a community one myself.

I also find it funny that there's a bunch of Australians playing the main parts in the American movie version of the English stage show about the French Revolution...

Well I'll be joining that club in a day or 2 :\

Right now i have a crushing sinus headache that is making me want to puke! I think my sinuses are getting me back for all the abuse i put them through
