^The good "hypomania" makes you feel like a fucking God!
Yeah, with real hypomania, there's no anxiety or self doubt, it's just pure energy and confidence....It's not without a price, but any agitation or fear or depression goes out the window, you feel like you're in the "zone", although you may be kinda losing it! Other people close to you see it, and later on you look back and your like, "I said what?! I did what?!"...I'll tell anyone the most personal shit about myself and I have no fear of anything, at the time it feels amazing, but when you come down, pure regret...It's some crazy shit!
Hey again,
I noticed you we're still struggling with sleep - as long as you're getting some it should be fine. But I thought I should warm you that, from experience, psychotic symptoms can very easily manifest themselves with the help of sleep deprivation - turning hypomania into mania very quickly. Once you've crossed that line, there's not much turning back. So long as you're getting some sleep you should be fine, but don't ever feel that "I can skip a night, I have loads of energy" or something similar - I made that mistake and ended up in the psychiatric ward. Sleep every night, even if you don't feel like you want to - your mind will thank you for the rest.
Be safe!
indeed thanks for the advice. i figured eating/sleeping were essential to maintaining hypomania. im really trying to eat and get as much sleep as possible.
