Yeah, whats up guys? I'm here and Omaha NE and I'm a longtime dopefiend.....Been very hard to find shit here and Ive only done H one time since Ive been here, that was two weeks ago..and it was tar...

I ended up talking to this black dude from Chicago tonight...he was lookin for weed....

I told him, "You should bring some "blows" back from Chi, you could make money cuz theres really none here!"

He looked at me and said, "You mean blow?"....I was like "naaah dope, ya know heroin!"

He's like "Oh you mean that brown?"

I'm like, "Yeah, Yeah"...

He says, "Yeah my brother got that and he's comin to see me in a few days"

I gave him my number and he's gonna call me and let me know!

I'm suspicious, because doesn't anyone from Chicago who knows anything about drugs know that "blows" means heroin?!

Should this be an indicator that he's completely full of shit?! Cuz, Ive never even heard the term "blows"....Ive been doin dope for a long time but that seems to be a Chicago thing!

If this guys from Chicago and doesnt know what "blows" means, he's gotta be out to burn me?!

whatta you chicago cats have to say about this? Is there anyone in the Chicago H scene that doesn't use the term "Blows"?
 
I'm not from Chicago.. But even here in NYC.. there is no one slang term for heroin.. So it's entirely possible that somebody calls it one thing and somebody else calls it another. A name like "blows" is pretty specific.. I can't imagine every dope fiend in Chicago calls it that.. it's a big city. I mean, if somebody doesn't know the typical names like brown, etc.. than I might be concerned but..

That's why slang terms like that aren't the best for talking business. People could easily just not know what you mean and deals can get fucked up that way. Better to have a burner phone on both ends that can't be tied back to you, where you can say whatever you want and then toss it. That way, no mix ups in lingo/code.
 
^I hear ya scags, but if you were talking to some random dude back east in NYC and said "Can you get dope" and he was like, "Oh you mean weed?!", wouldn't that kind of make you think he was just clueless?

Humm... I mean, maybe. But, I wouldn't rule out a potentially good deal just for that. If I were you I'd feel him out some more and better ascertain if he knows his shit or not.
 
Bluehues, he might not be a heroin user or live in the hood. When I first started copping in Detroit they called it blows or boy and I told the dude that I don't want coke and I'm not gay. He had a very puzzled look for a minute then burst out laughing. We had a pretty good relationship after that. Before I was a junkie every one I hung out with called weed dope. Some still do. Whatever drug we were doing at the time was always referee to as dope.

You never know this guy might be the one your looking for and become a great hook up. Or he could rob you blind.

Cool! It's jus funny to me, cuz anybody that calls just any drug "dope", seems like theyre a cop out of a movie from the 70s

"these dopers are out of control Johnson!" ...."Theyre all hopped on goofers and PCP!"....lol

I agree people who call weed (or other drugs as a whole) "dope" just sound old and naive. But around here Dope is what heroin is called. I hear it called dope more often than anything else. Now that I think of it, I can't even think of what else it ever is called. Sometimes people will call it H or something, once in a blue moon it's D or Diesel but not really often at all anymore, other than that it's always just called dope. I think someone sounds like a cop if they say "hey wanna buy some heroin?", you'd get really weird looks as opposed to someone saying they've got dope, you know they mean heroin. What is heroin commonly called around you BlueHues?

EDIT: just realized I'm in the Chicago thread, it's probably called "blows" where you live then. That's one that confused me for a bit, "blow" means cocaine around here.
 
I'm from a very small state in Southern New England! It's always been called dope or diesel, although you don't hear diesel as much anymore, it's still fairly common to hear it called "D" or "diesel"...I call it dope or D...

I moved out here to the Nebraska and I don't even know what they call it here! Probably "Black" or "chiva".....I've only done it one time since ive been here!
 
The shit used to be called "smack" when I first started... Hah. Yeah, way long ago. Nobody in NYC uses that term anymore. Don't know about anywhere else. I kinda like it though... maybe I'll bring it back. Hah.
 
^People actually say rad again now....it puzzles me...It's like an awkward word that really only sounds good when its the Ninja Turtles or Keanu Reeves saying it! lol
