This came up in conversation the other day. I say it is a christmas movie, it takes place during christmas, gizmo was a gift, theres the santa story, i mean all signs point to yes but what do you think?

It is a movie that has undertones of Christmas, but it's not solely about Christmas. Christmas movies to me are ones you don't watch any other time of the year--And I could watch Gremlins whenever. ;)
