ACTUALLY if you arent a chronic opiate user, 4mg of hydromorphone WILL get you nicely high!!

I USED to be able to get a nice 4-6 hour euphoria from just 4-6 mg snorted... Used to... sigh..
It has 30% bio-availability...BUT then again it is also 8-10 x STRONGER than morphine,
kinda off-setting the 30% reduction in efficacy...
SO, my 6mg, reduced to 2mg for the 30% BA...but then x8-10 =~16-20mg morphine!
AGAIN for a NON opiate user or occasional user this will give you significant results.

Hey all, hope everyone's well. I can't seem to get to get these white 4mg dilly's to completely dissolve or at least the water is still quite cloudy after mixing, mixing and mixing. This is toubling me, is it no longer possible any to just mix these up with a little water, no heat and that's that. Did they change something I didn't hear about. Thoughts? Thanks.
 
Am I crazy, or does my 4mg dilaudid work amazingly well for break through pain? I've been taking them as prescribed orally, although I'm sure I'll enjoy a more effective ROA with those I am saving for future recreational use.

I mean, most people seem to prefer oxymorphone to it's hydro cousin, but I find the hydromorphone works better than IR oxycodone given my circumstances (also taking 100mg MS Cotin 2x/day; been on this stuff for what I think is a week now, or something that is about its equivalent).
 
I like oxymorphone and hydromorphone. I've been doing a lot of both recently, mostly nasally for the 50% BA for HM.

Absolutely wonderful breakthru meds, but does not have the analgesia nor the legs of oxymorphone. It is way too short lived, and unless you're getting a good amount q2-4 hours HM would wear off very quickly for me.
 
Can you tell me how long I can keep dilaudid in the syringe after I draw it up? e.g., Could I make up a couple syringes at night and then inject them the next morning? Any explanations or advice or both would be greatly appreciated.

So I just wanted to know if grapefruit juice will potentiate hydromorphone even though there are no metabolites.will it at least prolong the effects,or intensify them?

If they are for rectal use no problem.

If they are for IV use, bacteria can grow and you will be shooting it into your body. It is very damaging. Do not do it.
 
I have a pretty solid tolerance to where things like Percs, Vics, Tylenol 3's, Morphine and stuff all don't work for me at their lowest levels.

I was on Fentanyl and got a shot of 1mg Dilaudid, and holy fucking shit. I was sick and it made my stomach do flips and promptly knocked me out cold.

Shit is strong.
 
I was sort of wondering about something,. a few days ago i picked up some triangle dilaudid 8mg, split in half and railed 4mg.

only after i was buzzed i read that hydromorphone is 8x more stronger than morphine. so it was like i snorted 32mg of
morphine, so...did i like survive an overdose? hahaha feedback plz thanks
 
^^ 32 mg of morphine isnt a lot. neither is 4mg of dilaudid. you would be high with no tolerance, no question about that. but nowhere even close to overdosing. i used to sniff a 4 and be good for the night, prob nodding a little bit unable to contribute to any real conversation. ah those were the days..

with very little tolerance, shooting a 4 feels amazing but still nowhere close to OD territory
 
thanks alot man. I mean i always did 4mg and was fine it was just that info somehow slipped by me and took me by surpirise.

like for the rest of the day i sort of felt slightly ill, it could of been psychogenic but i swear my finger nails were a slight purple too haha. Even with morphine the most i ever took was 10mg, so finding that it equalled 32mg made me a little uneasy.

one more thing, if you did 2-4mg dilaudid early in day and felt like drinking later on in the night say 9-11hrs later would that be dose dumping or would the active hydromorphone be gone?
 
Hydromorphone is only 5x the strength of morphine, 8x if injected (compared to oral morphine). Also, dose dumping can only happen with long-acting medication. What it means is that it releases the whole dose at once, instead of spreading out over 12 (or 24) hours, depending on the medication. With instant release medication, the whole dose is automatically released no matter what.

Most likely the hydromorphone would be out of your system, but if you have a slow metabolism it may not be 100% gone. If you have purple fingernails and you still feel nauseous then I wouldn't drink if I were you.
 
well i was concerned but i highly doubted that i overdosed it may have just been strong cuz i havent had dilaudid for about a year and no kind of opiate/opioid for about 2 months. I felt the buzz strong but noticed i was nauseous still way after 6-8 hrs, not consistent nausea but slight wave here and there.

the only time i noticed purple fingernails or like blueish was when i snorted small amounts of dope. i would be careful and it felt like my chest would get heavy and my nails looked like that, those weren't even lines but small bump(s). I never noticed it when taking Supeudol(oxycodone) ever.

I didnt take the dilaudid, i drank instead about 6 beers. i was wondering how safe it would be about 15 hrs after last beer to do 2-4mg of dilaudid. I could not find that information anywhere about it just about directly taking dilaudid and drinking, not after hangover then taking it.

also while im here what about coke and dilaudid, no speedball kinda shit but what if you did dilaudid first then 3-5hrs later small amounts of coke? i already know any stimulant beforehand then opiate/opioid afterwards on comedown is very nice and easy what about reverse? would it be dangerous or stressing in any way?
 
I used to get 80 4 mg hm for driving a friend to his doc every month. It was a 3 hour ride, but he got 180 every month and gave me 80, all I had to do was drive. 3 at a time up the snout was great.


After getting the 8mg p.d. Around here and slamming it, it makes me laugh every time I hear about doing anything but slamming these things.

So stoked, about to try these little devils out for the first time (first time IV, ofcourse), used to snort them in the past with decent moderately "okay" effect. But, all the dope around here is shit and the local fuzz has been crackin heads on that shit....so, time to give this compound a whack instead, heard very promising things (rush-wise), so yep. Only trying two 2mg tabs at first, and seeing how its been over a month since I last banged any dope I am hoping with great fervor that this will do the trick.

Side note: Does anyone else get the "gotta go take a shit" feeling when they are about to score some dope? Lol, I guess shit does happen, (as the bumper sticker states) Anyways, happy and safe using to everyone!
 
fell 30 feet, fractured my hip and shattered my calcaneus. Been taking 4-6mg of dilaudid every 3-4 hours for about a week and I have to say that it barely even treats the pain. funny how some people respond to certain opiates and others don't.

Other than a handful of vicodin, haven't had the pleasure of opiates since my oxy days 8-9 years ago.
My buddy is hopefully hooking me up with a pair, he said 5mg which I see isn't an option, but he's a notorious liar/idiot 8)
He kept raving about these when he was in l'Hospital tho.

Eager to see how it compares. I have zero tolerance. Have a few syringes, I don't IV but might put one into 'duty' .. can't go wasting perfectly good pharmaceuticals
Considering 10mg methadones used to get me high I expect good results

Edit: well I got 1.75 '4's. And a few xanax bars (also new to me), and I have some (Worthless) lorazepam & brews in the fridge .. gonna party like Whitney Houston! :D
