Massively improved cognition with coluracetam today, my output and thinking improved drastically making myself able to make conclusions about stuff i couldnt before (pharmacologically wise).
Definatly interesting stuff.
ok good luck, be careful (iirc you were dealing w/ some nasty anhedoia (sp?) and don't want you to go exacerbating ;]
I have alot more issues then anhedonia and im not carefull, as an example i daily take therapeutic doses of mdai instead of ssri's as a antidepressnt (nichols developped ssra's as rapid acting antidepressant) my condition has massively improved, far beyond what i could do if i was carefull, i know its better to be carefull but im a rheckless person that takes risks, thats just me and no-one can change that haha.
I was predromal shizophrenic, i completely reversed this including shizo typical things i had as a kid, shizo triggers dont even slowed my slow improvement by what i was trying even, now im so far from being shizo i would say i dont have the disorder anymore at all.
As far as im aware no-one ever booked this much improvement in that condition, ive been in wards for psychosis and the people that followed there docs advice (eg being carefull) where complete retards, my cognition was declining to i said no thx to become such a retard and by not being carefull i prevented myself from becoming one, i could have died as well but its worth the risk imo, thats because im a very optimistic person and allways assume a get a good outcome haha.
As an aside i think adding a very strong D2 blocker to stimulants helps my cognition alot too, it allow the da to bind to receptors like D1 and D4 more wich are the motors behind the PFC, D1 is the motor of cognition activating the pfc and the glutaminergic system too. D2 antagonism releases acetylcholine too.
