What was your good deed for the day????

Mugz if hoovering, tidying up and cooking counts as good deeds then I'm a fucking saint. I do that shit daily. :D

EDIT: Shit me and B&W said practically the same thing. The worlds going to end or something. 8(

Im a bit of a house wife, get left with a list of jobs to do daily, not fussed though can clean up, cook and whatever else within an hour easy minus the apron.

Sound. So we done then? Get out & do a good deed ya cunt.
Aye <3

Another good deed I did yesterday was to hoover the living room, even though we have a weekly cleaner(my aunt) I wanted to hoover it as I'd made a bit of a mess, so it seemed a good idea to hoover it to make it look nice and lovely for my dad.
You're really clutching at the deed straws there Mugz. Which in all honesty nearly equates to taking the piss

They are good deeds in my world because I never do them.
There's a gap to be bridged there then, a big one. Do you not see how this is a pretty big issue when it comes to being able to appreciate your position and understand the opportunity you have?

I'l do a good deed in your face in a minute marmz ;)

jk

:sus:

Ok, a real good deed was not doing something that I could have done that they wanted initially, but would have put them in a difficult position. (actually that is clutching at straws too)

I don't think its relative.

Its either the bare least you can do (aka tidying up after yourself in someone elses home) or going out of your way to do something over & above for someone.

I think if you get a good deed confused with civil decency, social/familial relationships may suffer.

I think either way Mugz dad will be surprised the house is still in tact, his possessions haven't been sold for drugs or gambling, the place is tidy and there's food on the table. :D

We both do love the ninja edit and add a whole new point to a post :D I like that about you Marmz, it makes me always have to come back and see what you have edited in, or out.

Gap is there to be bridged, general tidiness is fine and shouldn't be considered a good deed, but the cleaner does the housework like hoovering, polishing, dusting, and other stuff. I thought it was a good deed to hoover and not leave it to my aunt to do on Saturday, and to not leave it looking shabby when my dad got back too.

No mate, he doesn't think that badly of me, I take it you were just joshing. He will be happy to see me, just got an email from him. Was nice.

Not nagging Mugz, but honestly, clearing up your own mess and not leaving it to someone else, is not a good deed.

That implies leaving your shit everywhere for someone else to deal with is standard for you.

I hope for your dads sake you don't get tired of doing good deeds around the house ;)

Does your aunt always clean for your dad or was it just while he was away? If its a weekly thing, even though she's a 'cleaner' she won't appreciate extra mess. Just trying to keep the future stress free for you Mugz <3

Aye. This.

If my maw goes away on holiday then comes home to find no structural damage to the property, not too much inside smashed, me not in jail & no reports of riot police being called then I've done a good deed.

I understand this is getting a bit like that Chris Rock joke. Bragging about "I TAKES CARE OF MY KIDS!!!!!" "I AIN'T BEEN TO JAIL!!!!" etc

How many of you lot still live with your parents?.......

I moved out at 16 & have never gone back, you lot need to move out from your mom's yard imo. You got to be in your 20's and I find it weird you don't want to be away from your parents grip.

Mugz da will just be raging that he can't parade around the living room in the full scud belting the end off it like he normally does when he's "working from home".

Farmaz - I moved out when I was about 19/20 (on my own cash, not some student pish that "daddy" paid for). I stayed on my own from about 16 but that was just staying in the house my maw had already moved out of but not sold yet, so doesn't really count as I wasn't paying for shit.

Moved in with my mum a while ago now though due to cash/money/life issues. It was a better option than paying the rent with ching money. I really do need to get back up out of here though.

^ but your parents are used to you. Mugz dad has probably enjoyed having his house to himself. He'll enjoy having Mugz back there too, as long as Mugz acts in an appropriate way or else it will all go tits up.

My dad has stated he has enjoyed having the place to himself, he has also stated that he is lonely a lot of the time, so I think if I act accordingly then all will be good. I've been waiting for him to get back to get my act together subconsciously. I think his imminent return has sparked my desire to change at fucking last, well that and my conversation with angelsmoke last night. There are just a couple more things I need to sort out before I am clean and ready to stop messing things up. At home I'm there now, in the drug world, I have some things to sort out still.

Mugz & his dad could do some POF double dating =D

That could be interesting, I should ask him about creating a double profile. I might get back on that though.

The two aren't mutually exclusive though are they, drugs & home life. problems with one tends to knock on to the other, so good luck with everything & sorting the drugs side of things out.

You seem to be getting off to a good start, genuine best wishes :)
