New and relatively new RCs - Guinea Pigs queue on the left please

Well, this was incredibly unexpected. Yesterday evening after i had binge eaten (hadnt eaten anything for a while before that, 18 hrs before i took the first dose of AH, plus i binge eat on opiates anyway) at about 10:30pm i bombed my last 400mg (either my scales need recallibrating or the vendor chucked in another 100mg or so free, probably the latter), didnt feel much, mild effects if anything. I took an etiz about 10, went to bed around 12:30, still didnt feel any more significantly higher, mild afterglow kind of like meth but not quite as nice, so nothing compared to the strong as shit hit the yesterday after 700mg on an empty stomach (do not try this dose unless you have tolerance: for a decent nod knock says 150mg oral is plenty for a first timer)

Woke up this morning at about 7 to get up for work still feeling as though i'd done a nice bit of meth the previous day. To cut a long story shorter it basically increased in strength so by about 12 i was visibly nodding on the job (volunteer work though & i'd asked to sit it out earlier on and just watch to learn some skills caused i wasn't feeling well, didn't look too well either). They do a different group activity every few months with the volunteers to say thanks, today was rock climbing & was right looking forwards to it, had been for a while, but obviously i was in no position to go so i got a taxi back to mine, nodding off every few minutes. Got back around quarter passed 12, sat in my lazy chair where i just woke up from a nice & comfortable nod. Gutted i missed the activity, but bloodyhell i didnt expect it to still be active now, to have me nodding 17 hours after oral injestion.

Now it just feels like i did a nice amount of methadone a bit ago. Incidently I also have a nice amount of methadone =D but i already feel like i'm on it! I read some posts about 'long action' but christ wasn't expectign that! was really dizzy this morning too which i've never got from opiates before(well,i have when before trying not to go to sleep in public but not for the hours preceding that bit!)

Its a strange substance, in that it seems to take ages to take effect. This is why i once took 300mg and after a few hours of not feeling anything decided that the substance must be very weak indeed and require huge doses, so i bombed another 400 mg. A while later i was hit by the full force of both doses, and was pretty much KO. Tried to stay awake for fear of ODing and stopping breathing or something. Luckily i came out of another dosing error intact and not requiring an ambulance.

Ive eventually found that 400 mg is about right for a nice high for myself. But as im on a poppy pod taper at the moment im kind of putting the ah721 experiments on hold for a while, as of yet i havent worked out how i can taper off one opiate, while occasionally indulging in another. It probably cannot be done.

Fuck it, im going to treat myself to a blast on the stuff this afternoon, as i have been quite controlled for the last 10 days or so, and resume the taper tomorrow. If i take some now, i might start feeling it by 7 or 8pm ar maybe within 45 minutes (it seems pretty unpredictable). I'll skip the cimetidine boosters beforehand, as that would delay things too much waiting for them to kick in first.

Hmmm looks like some places are branching out into athletic drugs/performance enhancers. Maybe in light of the fact most of their stock will soon be banned and the government will likely be checking up on whatever they decide to sell next.

Wonder what will happen when people start sniffing lines of gene expression changing PPARδ modulators. Wikipedia reckons this one "increases glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue and increases muscle gene expression, especially genes involved in preferential lipid utilization".

Also, I wonder how GlaxoSmithKline will react since the specific chemical being mentioned for sale is currently in Phase 2 trials for human use as a cholesterol drug.
 
im a bit worried about this latest trend with such chemicals... totally agree with hx_...
when i fisrt saw the offering i couldnt really believe it ... seems like things are being pushed towards the dark side for some reason

This sort of stuff has 0 recreational value and is very expensive, which should put most people off, but as they say "we want to gain custom from scientists in other fields of research" or whatever, they can make it look rather legit on their website. Thing is the only places to previously sell this stuff have been dodgy peptide/steroid sellers.

I imagine they'd take a dim view, AFAIK ODT was pulled because it was intellectual property. No-one really gives a fuck about governments and their drug laws, but if you're perceived to be threatening the revenues of big business, that's when you've crossed the line in our society.
 
That is my understanding, yes. Might be talking out of my arse, wouldn't be the first time, but IIRC, that's why.

I did see something in the updated terms and conditions about "patent law" and that you had to be responsible for ensuring the chemicals you ordered weren't covered by patents in your country, makes sense now. I couldn't find any patent info on this one so maybe they haven't applied for one yet?

If it's in clinical trials, it is certainly not in the public domain.
 
As do DMAA and DNP, but they have their market, as will this, most likely. It is big pharma to whom the concept of this belongs to (of course you can own an abstract object!), and they very much do give a fuck about patent law.
 
So are they likely to take legal action against vendors who've got it synthed up elsewhere?
 
I don't know, patent law is not my forte, but GSk et al are about as hot on intellectual property as anyone.
 
To us, but there are a lot of people who would (do) pay lots of money for this sort of thing (indeed, if there weren't, then no-one would care about the patents :\)
 
Ah-7921 finally starting to wear off now, woke 20 mins back with my face stuck to the keyboard after having an another etiz, thats 24 hours since last bomb! Definitely worth a shot before you write it off like i was about to, cheers guys
