ive had gyno since i was about 10 (20 now) is there a way i can get rid of it? (surgery is not an option for me) and i plan to juice soon would it make the gyno worse or better?

Too young to cycle, and you could worsen the gyno. If surgery is not an option for you, then I certainly wouldn't risk it. You don't want to be messing with your hormones at this point.

Train hard, eat well and you'll see great results at your age. Once you turn 25 and are in the best possible shape, then perhaps look at a cycle.

i wasnt planning to cycle until 22-23, some people tell me its bad at that age and some say its fine if you do it right...i dont know what to believe

6bromo is a gyno treatment
It is AI and stops test turning to east
Are you sure its not wieght related
Either 21 very min age cos you other wise you can waste naturally high test level

i dont think the 6bromo would have an effect on me since its pubertal gyno...i have the "puffy nipple" gyno and ive had my bf% in the single digits before and the size did improve maybe 25% but it was still extremely noticeable and odd looking...im hoping maybe adding mass to my chest will cover it up. i refuse to go under the knife to fix it

yes he said i do in fact have legit gyno, my nipples have been puffy like this since i was 10. i use to be severely over weight. i weighed about 300lbs at my worst and i cut down to around 150 at the age of 15 and even though i had lost pretty much all the fat everywhere else my nipples remained huge and puffy. i can feel hard lumps underneath the areola. im going to throw some bro science at you on my theory. ive read that being over weight raises estrogen levels so i think having raised estrogen levels during puberty made me grow breasts :/

Adipose tissue increases the rate at which endogenous testosterone aromatizes.

At this point I see absolutely no reason why you wouldn't want to go under the knife. It's hardly an invasive procedure as long as you find a competent doctor.

its more of a personal thing i dont like the idea of being cut open, unless its absolutely necessary. that money could be better spent on steroids, my hope is that adding enough mass will make it look ok enough that i wont need the surgery

^ Yeah, but as has already been said, hormones will make it worse. Muscle will not grow to replace the breast tissue, it will simply grow under it and make the breast tissue push outward even more. The tissue that has been affected by puberty to cause the gyno rests on top of the muscle.

Sometimes gyno is caused by just adipose tissue and it will go away if you lose weight, but if you still have this problem after losing 150lbs then it's probably also partly to do with mammary gland hypertrophy (growth) during puberty.

The problem wasn't that you had too much estrogen, it was that you didn't have enough testosterone for whatever reason. Could be that your body metabolizes it faster than normal. Other evidence could be less facial and secondary body hair because testosterone governs that too.

I don't know much about the surgery for it so can't help you out there.

so maybe i have low test? i couldnt grow a beard or mustache even if i wanted too, i have facial hair but its not like other guys

No, because not only will it make the estrogenic tissue bigger, it will also be more noticeable when you lean down. I'm going to try to be nice about this whole thing, since it seems to me like you are actually being earnest; the money could be better spent on oatmeal and tuna- two foods I'd wager you're not eating enough of.

I think you need to speak to a doctor. The longer you have gyno the less likely it is to just go away. If there is indeed a hard lump of mammary tissue, the deal is pretty much sealed. You could always try some outlandish combinations of AI's and androgens to try and fix it but you will just end up fucking something else up. It's usually an in-office procedure; Lopez recently had it done but of course he didn't listen to the doctor's orders and promptly starting cycling and lifting like 1 week after the surgery.

Either do it or don't. Considering they call this a "harm reduction" board I'd say you're better off getting the surgery instead of trying to play doctor yourself.

That's genetics. One person will grow a full beard from one amount of endogenous androgens while another one won't.

Recently I had my first encounter with what I'm sure was gyno. It was a small hard pea under my right nip. I used 20mg of nolva everyday and .25mg of adex every other day. I did this until my PCT where I stayed on nolva and added clomid. The entire thing vanished. (At least appears to have)

thanks voxide, guess i will have to get the surgery before i eventually take the steroids, if theres really no other option i wont let gyno stop me from juicing. damn gyno has already stopped me from doing so much, i wont let it stop this. btw i do eat plenty of oatmeal and tuna, im bulking right now, counting my macros and eating about 1000 calories over maintenance

It used to be that surgery was considered the only option for treating gynecomastia, but apparently now SERM medications are thought to be effective in shrinking glandular and non-glandular lumps as well by starving the tissue of estrogen. You can also temporarily hide it by wearing specially designed compression shirts. (These are similar to plain tight shirts but are made of a stiffer, thicker material).
