Gibberings CIX: Different directions

Oh, what do you use that for? I've got a vague plan to make some kind of little media box which connects to wifi and can play most of what I download or rip along with bought DVDs, running some flavour of linux or other... would raspberry pi be capable of that or do I need something beefier?
 
You can run something like xmbc on them and stream 1080p movies off a usb hardrive etc. I just have mine headless connected to the ethernet and running arch linux, for fucking about with.
 
Strongbow Woes

Interesting. OK, so it's a possibility then? This is one of those projects I come back to every six months or so and have to start researching from scratch as the market has moved on so much in that time. :)
 
Yeah they do make good media centers, with something like xmbc. All you need is a storage device like a 1tb usb harddrive or something, and itll play all your downloaded movies and music no problem. Runs off a mobile phone charger. Can use an android mobile phone as a remote control for it aswell.
 
This N-ethyl-norKetamine makes me feel kind of dirty. It's a pity it tastes so bad, I blame the chlorine atom. I've mixed it with 20mg of 3-MeO-PCP. In quite an interesting 'space'.
 
My colleague's daughter just popped in to do some freebie printing for a university assignment. Eighteen, British-born Indian, bright, confident, huge eyes... the word 'damn' doesn't even come close.

Wonder if she's interested in recovering alkies fourteen years her senior? Surely there's a chance, eh? :D

Ha, your opinion of NEK changed a lot over the day Ceres, first off you are banging on about it being really nice and no bother on the nose, then you say that it's alright as a mood brightener and it is bad for the nose, and then you go on to say it makes you feel dirty. Bit of a turn around.

I really should not have put that stuff up my nose, tastes too unpleasant / dose too high for sublingual, gelcapping seems the only sensible way to proceed.

Dirty as in it made me realise I need a shower today. The whole thing with it making my nose flare up contributed to that aswell though I think. I feel better after drinking a litre of fizzy water. The effect is too short lived, just makes it more-ish and abusable and I can see how people get dependant on ketamine.

edit> My molymod model is actually wrong, I had the chlorine on the 3 position instead of the 2 - oops.
 
What I want to try is the N-propyl modification of methoxetamine:

Not just close to a connection, but an actual whole connection. Only had a month of impatient thumb twiddling. Now completely out of the bluelight loop, and not because of MDPV this time...In fact I've not really done anything cept the odd drink and line of MXE...Boringly pleasant but nonetheless boring.
