It's easy, SHM didn't like his nostalgic view of the past being challenged, so he decided to turn the conversation round to make me look petty. It's this sort of moment that allows me to empathise with MSB! Anyway, I empathise with SHM too. How are you <3

Knock, no offence, but you didn't realise where he was going with it. And you went your own way, which you're fully entitled to do.

I knew where he was going and it's more relevant to me, and more pertinent to me than where you wanted to take it. I'm talking about more pertinent in terms of debate and potential and other things I cannot describe.

SHM, I hope you give it another shot sometime, it instantly got my interest and I'm sure it would've others too.

You just made me miss Shambles a little more too.

I know what you're saying, but I'm a human being too and can't help being touched in my own way by what someone says.

I think both bits of the discussion could have been interesting and relevant - in terms of all those things you mention. But SHM got upset for some reason.

I understood this to be in disagreement with SHM's idea that there are fewer drug/HR threads than there used to be.

I know I'm not perfect; for one thing I could take my own advice to "know who you're speaking to" where SHM is concerned.

As I see it the discussion had two prongs:

1. perception that EADD had become more "social" and less "Drugs/Harm Reduction" over time, and reasons for this
2. perception that EADD was more political / argumentative / shit-stormy in the past and was able to cope; perception that this is now being challenged; reasons and arguments for and against

Not sure why the first prong is wider, or that me picking up on the second prong makes me "over-sensitive"?

Or do you have a different interpretation?

Yeah, I think that's pretty goddamn fantastic with amazing attention to detail, gorgeous, complex colours and that whoever did it it at the peak of their craft. :)
 
It's not Graff though is it ?

Proper Graff the more original styles are know looked down upon by Posh twats ( not You mate ) that think they are down.
20 years ago the same people would call graff vandalism .
