Mephedrone Megathread XI

Going to search in a minute but given the search never really works... Have many people injected mephedrone with any worthwhile success?
 
Anyone combined meph and speed?

I know from HR POV is a bit of a no-no, specially with viagra too...but we not got huge amount of meph tonight, so gonna do some speed to start with just to keep some longevity... :D

I did meph one the tail end of a speed sesh a few months ago, was fine, but want to dose speed and meph early, and redoses just meph.

Any experiances?
 
Nope, I've done it with coke though, why so you think it's a no no? you may well be correct but I've done speed and MDXX more times than I can count...and I'm fukin fine=D

Don't listen to me, all I know is that meph made my heart cry and I can't imagine combining it with speed. But you seem to have a different constitution. Just stay safe!

fwiw I don't think it's safe to draw a comparison between MDMA and meph, MDMA is a much gentler stimulant IME. Sure you know this though!
 
difficult for me to say as I almost always did speed with with MDXX and would be jumpin about like a loon for 7-8 hours, whereas I only went out on Meph a couple of times.

I would have said that at high dosage MDXX was far more rushy, more heart strain,but that may be down do environment, I'm not aware of any inherent reason why you should not mix the 2 but I'd be interested if someone knew of one. I've always mixed stims but that's no recomendation;)

The only reason I would not mix meph with another stim is that causes enough heart pain and palpitations on it's own, something I've never experienced with MD.
 
Thanks for advice, was good times and will be repeated maybe sometime..

atm, I just remember someone "telling me off" on here a long time ago for mixing a stim and viagra, so thought I'd get a bigger telling off for putting speed in the mixtoo...Like you atm, I always did speed when younger, with MD, or acid, never even used to consider the HR implications of mixing drugs...

Feel a bit rougher today than if we'd just done meph...and only had about 2 hrs "sleep"...Wife having lie-in <3

Ice Age 4 in 3d later though :D
 
Glad you had a good time MM I haven't done any phet in years, never did loads of the stuff really but it was decent stuff so difficult to really compare amounts given much of the stuff around these days is reported as shite.

I've never really felt that much heart strain on meph, not compared to PV or coke and like I said I can't imagine much more heart strain than constantly dancin like a loon for hours on end rushing my face off on MD and speed, but that's not a recommendation to mix stuff up.

Ahhh, we <3 speed, but can't dose it like we used to, is the extended insomnia stops us being able to do it.

PV and coke BOTH make me feel bad nowadays, coke gives me immediate vasoconstriction in the toes, PV just gives me severe vaso, chest pain etc, not meph though, nor wizz.....wizz prob would if we took larger doses.

lol, the thing with stims is they lend themselves to activities that put strain on the heart.
 
Agreed LOL, There was a lot of talk about the possible long term cardiotoxic effects of meph here when it came out, concerns about heart valves being destroyed etc. I just don't know enough about it to make an educated stab at even vague info.

Glad you and your better half had a good time, I was a bit worried when reading your post last night, I think that poor girl who died in Sweden prompting the ban of the drone in that country had taken coke with it.

I haven't ever read the girl in Sweden had taken anything other than meph and even then the details were scant, it was reported she had some swelling of the brain and died sometime after ingesting meph. If you have a link to more info than that it would be useful / interesting:)

Given the number of people who were caining the stuff in the UK and beyond with very few if any direct deaths, it seems that the short term dangers are quite low, that doesn't mean there aren't any longer term issues but then coke and speed aren't exactly benign.
 
If meph acts at the 5-HT receptors like MDMA does then the long term risks are basically enlarged heart valves, meaning either replacement or death later on in life. Simply making your heart beat more rapidly for hours on end on a regular basis (as long as we aren't talking over 120-150 bpm) shouldn't be too bad, but could lead to heart hypertrophy, couldn't it? Moderation is obviously the key. That, and not doing it until you are old old. When you are doing these stims, say for a 5-10 hour binge, which is a small binge by most people's standards, you are pretty much asking your heart to put up with you jogging for hours on end with no prior training or warning. Your heart is a powerful organ, but everyone's is different. One person could keel over and die from putting that much stress on it just once, and another person could probably put up with going on 5 day binges for a decade before the innevitable heart attack.

You must be right atm23... I was sure I read it somewhere, but searching on Google I can't find anything related. All the articles say as you do. Thanks for correcting my quote :)
Most deaths seems to be related to combos with depressant, i.g being alchool, GBL, heroin.

Thought that. The number of people using it was ridicolous 8o. And so many very young ones!!! Mental 8( xx
