This may or may not be the most proper place for this. I figured I would point something out that I have noticed - and I am sure many others have. The amount of women on BlueLight.

I am trying to keep this relevant - but it seems there is a very high percentage of seemingly intelligence female posters and moderaters around the forum. Much more so then I would see anywhere else in the drug scene. I'm also taking a moment to shoutout, I'm genuinely intrigued by some of the posts and hidden knowledge I never would have guessed was here. It makes me think about where you all are in the real world... (in a non-creepy way lol :?)

I figured it's pretty cool. Let me know what you think!

Hi, my name is Rabid and I'm a female Bluelighter.

In unison: "Hi, Rabid!"

What exactly do you want to know about female drug users? We're not much different from men, I don't think, except for that whole chromosomal thing. :p

Intelligence also varies widely. Do you think intelligent girls dislike having fun? And what is this hidden knowledge and where all the female Bluelighters are in the world?

At the last meeting, we decided we'd no longer turn tricks for anything *less than* 2 bags of dope. :p

1.5 bags and we shake on it now :p

There are a lot of pain patients, anxiety patients, and depressed patients that are female. More women suffer from these illnesses than men. Look at fibromyalgia statistics, most are women. As a women my self, I like to be informed. I think women are more open and want to talk about things and this is a good place, along with other forums, to do this. I have learned so much from this site and will be a regular for sometime.

i'm not sure what it is you're asking...

but i just wanted to put out there how i think it is so funny/ironic that whenever i get responses on here & the person replying is all "dude," "man," etc. i'm like uhh.... i'm a chick. lol

also, i love being a girl in an "industry?" (i.e. the drug scene) that is mainly male dominated. i just have the kind of personality of proving people wrong, & being the girl you'd 'never' think i am... i'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. but i think that's most of the reason why i started doing drugs in the first place... -_-

EDIT: I agree with the person that said women are more likely to want to talk about feelings/experiences on here & just in general. & bec of that I'm surprised at the amount of men that are on this site in ratio to women.

Nevertheless I think everyone on here is knowledgeable & smart for coming on here & getting educated if they're going to ingest drugs. That is why I love the site so much. I love to educate myself (esp since this stuff goes along with my major) & I love sharing my experiences and educating others with FACTS.

Just perks of the "industry". Boats are she's and Bluelight posters are male 8)

I love this site. It is my "secret arsenal" that very few if nobody has access to in my area. I would love it if everybody could absorb the information here.
Any girl I meet out and about is either full of misinformation (like the rest of America), or has some serious psychosocial cognitive development to do. It's actually comforting to see all the awesome content and people here. It's almost like if there was a zombie apocalypse or something... somehow we would just all come together and ward them off with our lack of ignorance. =D

With bit more 3,500,000,000 females in the world for around 52% of the population, would it not seem more unusual if there was a absence of them on the internet?

Ohh c'mon now. Not what I said at all.

You will see far more knowledgeable females on here in ratio to men then you will most likely anywhere else in the world. Anybody dare to throw out a percentage?

Here in Canada in 2006 59% of newly licensed physicians where female. As where 53% of people admitted the Bar and 51% of Chartered Accountants.

Holding from that, one would think any arbitrary hospital, law firm or accounting firm would be similar?

There is a lot of women on Bluelight. I'm very impressed.
I used to access online games forums, sports forums and sometimes software/hardware forums. There was always close to zero or ZERO women in those, even in the very famous ones.
When I come to a fairly unknown internet forum about drugs then there is lots of women. Never saw it coming.

People are always so surprised when they see a chick online... like somehow girls just NEVER go on the computer lmao...

Hah, social networking sites kinda changed that. They're all over the internets!
Plus, it's not only on bluelight, there are lots of forums that have alot of females on them. Okay you won't see alot on a gaming forum or a bodybuilding forum (lol) but forums that have topics that aren't "gender-bound" often have plenty of females.

Yeah cause girls aren't aloud on teh internet. Get in the kitchen and cook the OP a pot pie! There has been a bit of a shift since I joined BL in all seriousness. PD is still a sausage fest though.

Ha :) I couldn't agree more, it's there same here in the UK. I couldn't agree more with everything you have said.

I don't get on with girls usually, the only girls I enjoy the company of are drug users themselves and even some of those I don't like. As for the 'secret arsenal' only a few people I know come on this site. It's hard to talk about such things when everyone around wont even research the chemicals they do so much fear :)

I wish I could live in Canada! I have wanted to move there since I was little

Edit - Opsy! I have just seen the multi quote button, sorry for the double post :)<3

Exactly. Not just that, it's the misinformation that is ruining everything. I wish you could feel the presence of America's War on Drugs. It is ruining the culture and flipping it upside down with misinformation. There are few people like me, and I am fairly 'closet' in my approach. I examine people I open this information to carefully or else it just results in an argument because it's mad over here.

I see what he's saying about the Female Drug Culture you find here. Id actually say part of what keeps so many good intellegant users on BL, male or female, is our strong community we have built with the areas that are not even drug talk zones.

I'v heard Second Opinion called the girly area of the forum, probs cause we have threads like The Girly Thread. But i think areas like Healthy living keep the ladies coming back, and keeps BLers in general on the website for things other than drugs.
