anti-rape devices

It is sad that women even think its an option or a good thing to wear some sort of deranged tooth filled condom in their vagina on grounds they may be raped.

If you are that scared to leave the house without one, their are bigger problems. Either you are being totally irrational, or your country is totally fucked. In either case, sort it out. Move countries if you have too. I would not live in a country, as a women, that was scary enough that condoms like that be required..and...

What do you think someone who is willing to RAPE people is going to do when you rip his dick to bits with this horrible device? He is going to beat your head in till you are dead.

Actually, rape reports are often tempered down for various reasons - usually to make a community or institution appear safer. For instance, rape is a colossal problem at a University in my area, yet there are nil reports apportioned to the public. The problem has long standing precedence in the military as well. Society at large, especially the powers that be in the legal system (police, adjudicators), more often than not try to discredit rape victims, generally speaking.

The appearances of these devices is a sad indicator of this society's (and others') perceptions of women and rape victims.

Exactly why I advocate for people who have AIDS to not take their anti-retrovirals while we continue to search for a cure! Wait...no, I don't advocate that...that would be retarded.
 
I've heard about these. Rape whistles, pepper spray, things like that might be better though?

Perhaps if you're in a first world country.

I think that pepper spray/mace/tear gas is definitely better than a rape whistle, a rape whistle is reliant on others to hear it.

Yeah, because these people in africa who struggle to feed themselves can easily relocate to another country, or sort out there society.

But yeah, beating the woman dead won't do much against the inanimate object that's riping his dick to bits. Besides, this "horrible device" is being used against a man who's raping you, what's more horrible, the man or the device?

I guess it sort of comes down to your theories on conflict resolution, capital punishment, eye for an eye, etc.

Seriously this post of yours gives me the impression you are one seriously ignorant person. You do realize that up and leaving their country is not realistic, practical or even possible for the majority of the human population right? If only life is that straight forward.

However i do agree that these devices aren't going to be of much benefit to the SAFETY of raped women, like you said, obviously if a man sticks his dick inside you and you got one of these cock munchers in your cunt, he's going to fucking kill you lol. If you have an infected cut that is painful, you don't take painkillers, you take antibiotics for the infection.

Trying to harm would be rapist fails to protect people from being raped in the first place. Think of all the abuse and trauma that occurs in a rape before the penis ever gets stuck in a vagina.

You call me seriously ignorant then agree that the device is stupid. My point was not that everyone in africa move. My point was that, when society is so bad that rape is prevalent enough to warrant these devices, these devices are not the solution. Learning how to defend yourself would be alot better, for example.

I heard about the things you put in your vagina but I don't think I would wear one....... I carry around mace all the time and a knife so my plan is either to run or fight back. I won't let someone rape me even if it means I would get killed. I just think wearing one of those would be uncomfortable and hard to get out without hurting your own self..
