How long does liquid LSD take to kick in?

What the titles says. Should it be quick, since it is absorbed onto the tongue?

Thanks! Hoping I didn't get burned on this half-vial!
 
If you drop it under the tongue, and hold it there, you should feel it in 20 minutes.
 
^But don't dose again if you don't feel it for a while. I did a gel once years ago that was supposed to kick in in an hour or so. It took almost 4. I dosed again around 2.5 hours. When the first one hit me, I thought it was the second, and when the second one hit me.... hooooollllyyyfuuuuckinggggshiiiiiitttt. Tripped for 2 days.

If it's slow coming on, give it about 2-3 hours. If it's decent acid, it'll get you off eventually.
 
Shit, well it's been two hours. Spent kind of rattled because it was a group purchase that friends put their money in on. I just dropped four more preceded by I think three. It's been two hours since the three. If it ends up being legit and I start tripping off of 7 hits, this will be fun indeed.

He said there was 300-350mics per drop, which is an astounding claim.
 
I almost hope you got ripped off, unless you're ready for a long ride. If you're hungry enough to eat, now would be a good time. IF you get started on a looong ass trip you'll need the nourishment along the way. Let us know how it goes and post a trip report when it's over... if you do trip.

LSD has always taken me an hour and fifteen minutes to kick in.

I think normal time is about 45 minutes for most people.

I usually get a first alert within the first 10 minutes of taking it. Just a little grin or a giggle that will let me know it's really acid. then about hour an fifteen minutes like usual every time the laughter starts coming on.

Same every time I tried real acid for the last 10-15 years.
sugar cubes, gel tabs, blotters etc etc always the same for me.
Never tried microdots or liq

One reason it may come on faster or slower is if you took too much or too little, respectively. Another reason could be things you ate maybe slow it down.

I would tend to think if it takes two and a half hours to come on several things could have happened:
you got DOC instead;
It's weak LSD;
you ate before hand;
you didn't eat enough LSD.

Why would you hope I got ripped off? That's not very nice. I love a fucking wicked strong acid trip. I considered the possibility, and if it was legit I would have been prepared. I realize nourishment is essential for tripping.

Anyways, I've been ripped off. Life goes on. Fucking bummer though.

Acid usually takes me personally around 1 hour to feel the initial effects, and 3 hours to reach the peak.

I've had some superb blotters over the years. I've only ever taken the liquid once before though, and it took very long to kick in. The trip was unbelievable!

Does LSD under the tongue really work? I'm not so sure. I've taken liquid LSD under my tongue before, and placed a tab on the top of my tongue most other times. The come-up time is always the same for me.

I've noticed that the thing that makes it take longer is if I ate recently and there's a lot of food still in my stomach.
 
I was only hoping you got ripped off because I was thinking you weren't prepared for the whole trip.
I see now you know what you're dealing with.
I wouldn't want any body to get ripped off,
but I'd prefer that to somebody having a vvveeerrryyy lllooooonnnggg bbbadddddd trip.

Yes, sublingual administration is an extremely effective method of dosing.
 
Thing is, it's harder to get real LSD-25 in quantities of more than 50 mics than it is to get the government to allow you to play with nuclear weaponary...ok..maybe a slight exaggeration there. But only a slight exaggeration.

See, it's actually not THAT much harder to get real LSD-25, than it is to get the government to let you play with nucelar weaponary.

What do you plan on doing about the person that ripped you off?
 
It's a tough situation. Here's what happened: my first dealer had good stuff, but he flaked a lot. I went to SF twice, and both times he said he would be there but ended up being somewhere else until I had to go back home. Another had some I had taken previously, and it was too weak of a dose per tab for my liking. The guy I got the liquid from was a nice psychedelic looking guy, and was totally fried coming off the tail end of a trip. He had blotter and liquid. Others around the area asserted that it was a great product. He said he could sell me the half vial for a good price if we were regular buyers or would forward friends to him. We said yes, and he gave me a number that I dialed later, and went to some random girl's phone.

It's kind of hopeless to spend the money (even if I had it) to take the subway system back to the SF and try and look for him. If I could find him, there would be some negotiations and a serious talk. I'm down $237 dollars, most of which is not my money. I have no money at this point, and my brother is saving my ass and getting the money to either get some real acid within our city, or pay our friends and acquaintances back.

This whole thing really sucks, and that's an understatement. But life does go on.

This is why you DO NOT buy psychedelics from the streets, people. No offense zaggy; I myself bought "shrooms" that were fake once, and of course the guy was a nomad, walking around selling fake shit to people and escaping. I plan on growing shrooms very soon, but when I sell them, I'll at least know they're real. Shroom growing probably isn't all that profitable, but the purpose would partly be to introduce real psychedelics to Columbus. I'm doin' it in part out of love, in other words :D

Sound advice, but this area is usually loaded. Fungus is as easy to get as weed. The other thing I need to learn is that bomb Lucy has always found its way to me, instead of me to it. I was meant to learn from this event, and I guess I also wasn't meant to have another acid trip at this point in time. Probably good, as I've been feeling too psychedelic for my liking in my sober state.

And the world needs more people like you! :) And I dunno, selling shrooms seems profitable to me.

hm really? I just posted a thread about this but how do you know, based on effects if it's actual LSD or some other similar psych? And it might bring in a few customers per month; I won't know till I actually grow them and try to sell them. I'd sell them for like 10 bucks more per 3.5 grams than it costed to make them, that way I don't rip people off unlike everyone else that sells psychedelics in Ohio, where psychedelics basically don't exist :/

Oh, for sure man. Took me like a week and half to recover but that was DECADES ago.
