Missus lent me a 15, couldn't get through to who I wanted on the phone so tried an old link...and was quite happy!

Around 0.25 or so for 15, came in two solid darkish little lumps. Tastes and smokes the business.
Got pretty high off one bag (nowhere near a nod) and now have to wait til she goes bed for the other! Hope everyone had a good weekend. Chat soon

Just wanted to chime in and give you some info.

During the drought time, quality dropped a good bit here in Berlin, but these days everything is back to normal, even on the street you get 6-7/10 stuff at 30-40€ a gram.
A bit pricey, but the right guys have at least 8/10 quality, it takes me half a g to get into nodding territory, so I'm quite satisfied atm.

good to hear reports from countries other than the UK & Ireland, how long ago would you say things returned to normal?
 
Ay up all just had to pipe up and say nice one to LADY RUCTIONS!! A lot of us said way back when, that when said Ructs scored decent gear, and by decent we meant at least semi proper fuckin heroin, it would be an indicator that this prolonged nationwide 'heroin shortage / drought' was finally coming to an end. And it seems thatss true to a certain extent. So happy days, but it aint sorted just yet. Until the average purity of street heroin scored on the streets of the UK (at reasonable price) is back up to somewhere in the 35-40% zone we wont be 'back to normal', and I think we've got a while to go. But hopefully the Turks have regrouped, and might deploy a strategy of bombarding the country with super-strong gear in an attempt to get the many thousands of addicts who had stopped using to return to their wicked old ways. I really dont want this to happen from an altruistic viewpoint, and I hope anyone who stopped as a result of the drought has the sense to keep it up, but as the little fuckin opiate fiend I am, I wouldnt grumble if the nation became awashed with super strong B

Hi PapaverSom! :) Great to see you on Bluelight! How are you keeping?! Yeah things seem to be looking up at last!!! :)

Lets hope things are finally getting back on track! At times during the drought i was thinking that maybe there was something wrong with me? Coz other people were using the very same heroin as me & they were happy with it but i thought it was too weak! I thought that maybe i had lost the 'getting stoned' gene! ;) But the minute i tasted this new batch i knew that it was a taste that i hadn't tasted since before the drought, i was right all along! So many people argued with me, some got really angry with me, calling me over fussy amongst other much nastier things, but i'd rather be fussy then deluded! If it wasn't for other people like my Boyfriend & Griffin & a few others who felt the same way as i did then i think i would have thought that i was cracking up! The new batch of gear is still not as good as it was before the drought, but its a massive improvement!!!

Prices for this new gear are high, so money doesn't last long! 0.2 is between €30 & €25, luckily i'm getting it for €25 but it still really adds up! But it was expected that the price would go up when the good gear came, the same happened in the UK. There was no chance what so ever that they were gonna start selling good gear over here at the same price as they were selling the weak gear. Hopefully prices won't stay high for to long, price in the UK already seem to be getting back to normal.

My Boyfriend & i have spent €450 on gear since Friday :( yet now all i have got left to smoke is my tooter. I know that its stupid to be buying gear in .2 bags but i don't know anyone with weight. There is meant to be weight in Tallaght but i don't know the people selling it. But i gonna have to sort out weight so i stop wasting money! Although i promised myself that i wouldn't go back to daily using! But after waiting so long for an improvement in the gear i'm have to have a bit of a binge! YAY!!! :)

PS.

Would everyone stop bloody fighting!!!!!!! Come on enough is enough!!!
 
alrite ructions - yep things are looking up - took me a while to find a bit of this new b but i found some at last 2nite - problem is every cunt is saying they are selling it but most of them are full of bs - but i got some in the end - the taste is great it made me gag + there is a nice bit of strenght in it - tings not back to normal yet but tis is the biggest step in the right way so far - prices are fucken high i paid €30 - hope they dont charge these prices for long

ruction anyone wit half a brain knew tat the b has been weak shite since the drought - dont take any notice of the dickheads tat give you a hard time because you know the difference between good + bad b - these are the gobshites tat will end up oding because they dont have a clue when i come to b - tat or else they will just continue to score shite b even wen there is good to be got - ignore then dicks + enjoy ur good smoke
 
Well if Ireland is starting to get better then things are definitely looking up! I'm so fucking sick of hearing people saying dealer x has got fire or dealer y has got 'the scabby'!! When in actuality it's all average at best. Last time I heard someone say that I said to them 'Yeah, but it's NOT that good is it? Does it get you nodding after 1 or 2 bags?'. The answer is, of course, 'no but it's the best around'. So it aint fire is it? For fucks sake, I think people really have forgotten what gear is supposed to do by and large. STOP SAYING IT'S FUCKING FIRE WHEN IT AINT, fuck my nan.

Don't get me wrong, things ARE better than they were a year ago or even 6 months ago but not a lot! We need a flood of proper gear coming in cos right now I'm thinking about jacking it all in again. I always thought that when things get 'back to normal' it'd be ok but it seems things ARE back to normal and it's till pretty crappy so why fucking bother at all I say? Hooked on a drug that has gone to shit - that isn't a good place to be!

While I was on holiday I managed to get my meth down from 70ml to 20ml so that tells you how shit the gear must've been. I got hold of some REAL gear over there and fuck me, it just showed me what I knew I'd been missing. You shouldn't have to spend £40.00+ just to get a nod. I mean, I did a car boot sale today and came home with over £200.00 but I just wasn't tempted to go out and score a load of crap drugs. Sad state of affairs...
 
I have been getting txts and calls saying about this good gear thats out there,but am gonna leave it out,well try my hardest cause am really struggling the now with all the fkn stress and would so love that big cuddle the b would give me,but av to much on the line to fk it up.

It's just a matter of time afore we start hearing of the od's....plz be careful everyone when usein if the gear your usein is more stronger.

Daft innit,- waiting all these months for somethin decent to show up, then when it finally (possibly) starts to look like it is , I'm not sure whether to be glad about it or not, 'cos I don't want to slip back into usin' regular again. Guess, like a lot who post here I'm kinda mixed up, still lovin' the B, but know it's time to stop if I'm not going to spend the rest of my life using, and there might never be a better chance.

Its such a shame coz this thread has been running a long time & its always been a nice place to chat, but in the last few days its like been back in the school playground! :(

Hi Caz! :) Yes it can be hard not to score when that little voice in your head keeps pushing you! Try stay strong, your doing great!!! I feel the very same as Rattles, i've been waiting all this time for the gear to improve, & now that it is finally improving i'm scared that i'm gonna fall back into my old ways. I'm already totally broke & owe my dealer money, it can spiral out of control so quick!

It would be great if it was possible to just keep gear as a weekend thing, but is that really possible?

I've been on Methadone since april 17th now: 65mg. Gotta say i think i might quit this shit cold turkey. I have had it up to my fucking eyeballs being saturated in an opiate which does nothing for my pain anymore, brings me no feel good factor, is slowly making me envious of myself before i got on it & if i do decide to treat myself to a CWE or a shot of dope it blocks it!

Over that stoopid "jubilee weekend" i went to see family in another town. Long story short i wound up taking my last dose on the saturday & didnt take methadone again til wednesday.

Okay so i was starting to feel pretty rubbish on tuesday but it wasnt hell. I could tell it was getting worse tho. However from what i'm reading it seems that stopping methadone is bad no matter what dose you stop at.

I'm seriously thinking i'll stop it cold turkey. Wait til it gets to about day 5 or 6 then go to my gp & ask him to up my diazepam & whatever else could help me through wd.

Seriosuly FUCK METHADONE. The people i see getting their doses at the pharmacy look shattered before they take their dose, like they really need it. I've had enough of being on an opiate/opioid everyday even in pain. They're good occasionally for pain or occasionally for recreation, like the summer poppy season - that's recreation time.

A lot of users make the mistake of thinking meth withdrawals are like those from heroin - consequently, they think it's all over before it's even started. Doesn't really hit till the third day and goes on and on, albeit at a lower level of intensity than from heroin or morphine, for weeks. It's easy to give in to the temptation and score somewhere along the line just to get a bit of relief. But, if you persevere, in your case it should only be a month or two before your energy returns and you're back to your version of normal.

It isn't long - about 10 weeks from commencement of script - before you have a full blown dependency and a seriously uphill struggle if you want rid of it. Looks like you're nearly there, doppelganga. So, if you want off, don't delay any longer, take the bull by the horns today and it shouldn't be too bad. Good luck.

I said I would only post for harm reduction so here go's....
65- 0 is a major jump and you will be seriously sick for weeks and no sleep. If you want to come off taper down - its recommended that you drop 10% every 2 weeks but you can do it quicker but I wouldn't advise anymore than dropping 5mg a week till your down to 30mg then 10% every 3 days - you will feel groggy but not puking and the rest of wd's.

The way i look at it if you stop dead at 65 you will feel the effects for 2-3 months or you could taper about the same length of time and be fairly comfortable - get some valium for the last couple of weeks to help sleep.

Alternatively you could take gear for 3 weeks and no methadone then do a 2 week detox on 'done which is pretty painless.
