Sammy G, it was indeed a Build-Up. Not too bad really. Not as syrupy as Nurishment. Have mentioned it before, but all I buy from my corner shop is cheap/strong alcohol (highest %: pence ratio), Nurishment and tobacco supplies. Sometimes chuck in an extra product to pretend I am normal. Today I randomly bought some eggs to balance out the Nurishment and king skins :D oh, and toilet roll.

Meal in a can. Kinda protein shake, but than implies healthy. Nurishment is pure syrup really :D the banana one is quite startlingly yellow too. Drink of kings/druggies. Perfect for stim sesh.
