looking forward to getting into training again from all this moving-stress. My upper back aches. Really should try to get a nap now, took a sleeping pill just now.
 
^haha i'd like to think if it were all in my apartment i would actually use it :D

i have about a month left before the pool opens for the season. at least i know i'll be using that all the time.

I could totally go for a nice huge cup of coffee with a mountain of heavy whipped cream on top right now.

I've been living in a warm climate for a while now that I forgot the pleasure of steamy warm beverages. Time to revisit that. =D
 
^^ Dude I walked to Town Hall from Pyrmont for the first time this morning, all I could think the whole time was "I really need to get some gloves for tomorrow morning" lol

I hate the cold, I remember when I was in high school, my best friend Erena who was from Japan, in winter time she had these awesome like heat pad things that are sticky, and she would stick one to the small of her back under her school uniform to keep warm for hours. She got them in Japan but I wonder if I can find any here.... I really really need some, we have no insulation and hardwood floors, we can have the heater on non-stop and still never really warm the house up, I am wearing 5 sweaters lol I look like a big fat marshmallow. NEED japanese stick on heat pads!

^ I had to read that a couple of times to realize it was a typo, LOL!! "Luckily it is war here" just did not compute, though certain acts of war may keep you warm (dodging bullets?).=D

brrrr my house also gets freeeezing.
our room is the worst. zero insulation, wooden floors and walls. during summer it gets extremely hot, and during winter it gets insanely cold.
i think its better cold.. we can rug up as much as we want and get all comfy..
but when its hot, there's no cooling down :(
 
Where do you live? In Auckland it never gets hot lol, for a couple months in summer it is perfectly warm, the rest of the year is too fucking cold. I think I would like to live in Australia, but I guess that option is gone since my boyfriend isn't allowed to ever go overseas.
I keep waiting for this global warming everyone keeps talking about... still waiting..

I live in Sydney :-) We get the worst of both Summer & Winter. It can be strange, one day very hot then freezing cold the next. Pretty unpredictable.
You know, i think i would like to live in NZ. When i was in Christchurch (before the second round of bad earthquakes), i found it was really hot during the day, but really cold at night.
There was still snow on the mountain tops too :)
You guys have the best fresh water streams over there <3
