Old Crow Medicine Show-Next Go Round

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOWAQ53cAYE

I wish these motherfuckers would come to England.

I don't mean to gloat or anything, but I saw them at Coachella 2010. I'd never heard of them up to that point but they were great and uplifting. For instance, I was drunk and really low in spirit over an ex who was also at the festival. Her friends (who liked me better than her) dragged me out of the beer garden promising Old Crow would cheer me up. Not long into the set we had fell into some sort of hootenanny-type antics, and by the time my ex walked up I didn't care she was around at all. Thanks Old Crow Medicine Show. Hope you get a chance to see them.

Unfortunately, I gave my pass to Coachella to my brother this year so I can focus on getting clean. I'm literally heartbroken.

DEVO's cover of the 'Stones "Satisfaction"

Or

Nine Inch Nails "The Becoming"

I'm trying to avoid Joy Division ATM.... Never happy fun time music..

omen_owen mk2: I love Old Crow Medicine Show! I heard of them years ago when i first heard "wagon Wheel" but i don't know a single other person here in Canada that knows who they are. They are full of awesomeness.

Massive Attack - Live With Me

This fit's my mood now. I want to be with my loves more then anything in this world :(

Mother of earth, paranoid android: I only found them about a year ago, through an American co-worker. They are just about the coolest band in the world today. You just don't hear that kind of honesty, reflectiveness, muscianship, and fun from any other bands out there today. I love the fact that a group of young guys play old-time music with such skill and abandon used to listen to that song an think about an ex-girlfriend, now I think about the lyrics as a metaphor for my life.

Want to listen to them on the way to the NA convention today but don't know where the memory card with all their albums on have gone.

Macklemore - Otherside (remix feat. Fences)

"that rush, that drug, that dope. those pills, that crumb, that roach. thinking i won't ever do that, not that drug. growing up, nobody ever does still you're stuck looking in the mirror like "I can't believe what I've become." swore I was gonna be someone"
