no worries...I'm sure I've been difficult to understand in some of my posts today...(was up all night on phentermine)

I was already asked if I was tweaking because I was being long-winded lol...grats on graduating from greenlighter token...btw...you should check out the BDD social...it's a little slow now...but it can get interesting in there provided I don't come in and lay down some depressing shit inadvertently lol...that tends to happen more often than not...but if you can't speak your mind online, when can you? :P

edit: and I've smoked today now lol...

Only 1 smoke today and AMAZINGLY absolutely NO craving. Just dosed my sub so bedding down for the night. Shoot, if i can manage 1 to 2 smokes a day I'd be more pleased than I can say :)
 
ya, but you'd have really stale cigarettes by the time half the pack was gone lol...

Yea, you do have a good point doug... iono, maybe ill just have to become that guy who always is bumming cigs from the real smokers :p

It fascinates me, not having an urge to smoke i mean. I haven't and do not plan to have any smokes today, and although ill probably end up having one or two by bedtime, shit... im stil just blown away by how uninterested i am in not smoking.... i dont even have to make an effort or anything...

Anyone else ever feel like this, under ANY circumstances?

The only time I don't think about smoking is when I'm sick or queasy..

Only 2 smokes again today... W00t w00t!! :)

although I did end up taking some tramadol... whatever. I'm hardly worried about my tram usage, as I'll be running out very soon and only started (ab)using it a week or two ago. ;)

again, @ token, I say again, PLS pls pls start a blog. Do it for me, cause i'm too busy to manage one atm :p (that's MY excuse at least :\)
 
its probably been mentioned already but tramadol is a partial nicotine receptor antagonist. Opiates usually make you smoke more anyway but tramadol in particular is bad for smokers

p.s. no smokes today or cravings!!! This is so weird, especially last night. Normally I crave a cig when I can't sleep or am staying up past my normal bed time. that's the time I've always most craved cigs. and last night, although the thoughts cross my mind, I just got into bed earlier and usual and spend a hour or two talking to this wonderful girl I know... Iono, it was probably getting all caught up, as I really enjoy talking to this girl (putting that lightly), so that probably allowed me to forget about the need to smoke...

Gosh, it's amazing how beneficial it can be to have such a wonderful woman in one's life!
