[Mega] Tryptophan and Dark Chocolate , 'e-diet'

Had 100g on the Wednesday, 100g on the Thursday, went out on Friday ... bloody hell! I shaln't be eating *that* much again, but I'm sold on the dark chocolate tip - best experience I've had in a good in the last 8 years or so :)

Lol i ate 1kg of dark chocolate in the course of 10 days, then took 150mg mdma.
My mates said i looked the most mangled on mdma they have ever seen anyone before (and they been raving 6 years+)

I did warn ya its intense past 25g of dark chocolate a day, I noticed Extremely Rapid heart beat when i took mdma on that occasion. Bit Dodgy! but now i know my limits

at a massive rave of course :D so yeah i still want to be able to dance.

I recommend you dose between 100mg - 120mg of mdma,
Also do not eat more than 25g a day of dark chocolate

Ha yeah real dark chocolate, it's an acquired taste

Cacao nibs, well I wouldn't describe them as tasting "good" like chocolate bars, but maybe like a taste of black coffee or something, with the deep tones you get with like cabernet sauvignon. I can't ever eat another hersheys bar or anything because now I'm all about the pure nibs. If you don't like dark chocolate then don't bother it's way more dark than that. But if you do like dark chocolate, try the nibs I got them online.
 
This is very exciting, i am going to try this next time I roll. Do you also eat it on the day of the roll or only up until the day before? Is there a noticeable difference between eating it for different lengths? 1 , 2 , 3, 4, 5 days etc

if you eat it on the day of, it gives you worse bruxism i think, but its kinda more flooring lethargic kind of experience too.

If you just want an enhanced mdma experience, just eat it the 5 days before. But stick to the 25g a day, don't go over that

is 50% cocoa dark chocolate enough? it's quite tasty. been eating slightly more than 25g but tomorrow i'll get some 60% if i need to.

Dunno really, 100mg crystal mdma gets me lively , full blown pupils almost, eye wiggles, amazing euphoria, energy to dance, loved up feelings, big stupid arse grin.

Ive tried 80mg before, but i had taken valium the night before (I didn't plan on rolling that night, it just happened) So i cant tell you whether or not so, but 100mg really hits me hard in a good way, the effects are simply spot on, what i want.
 
I'll be taking between 120 and 130mg with a redose of around 60mg at T+1 next Saturday/ Sunday night. I'll eat around 25mg's of dark chocolate as stated in the OP from Thursday until Saturday, also some banana's, chicken, eggs, cheese, potatoes, orange juice, mandarins, apples, kiwi's, peers, omega-3 supplements, vitamin supplements, and magnesium chelate (to reduce bruxism).

I'm willing to post my experience here, but will it be helpful? I've not used mdma for over a year, so how will I know if my regimen helped, or if it was just being in the right place, with the right people, the right mind set, and the big break from mdma?
 
Yo, you guys gotta get the good shit. 100% pure unsweetened cocoa powder, this is one of my new favourite things. It contains theobromine, a stimulant chiller and longer lasting than caffeine. It has tryptophan too, and phenethylamine. I mix a whole lot of it in with milk and slam it a few times daily, I think that eventually after my long break from Mdma I will try a very light dose (~50mg) mixed with massive quantities of cocoa.

I'm never buying chocolate again, well maybe the 90% stuff.

I’m glad you enjoy the flavor of 100% cocao. Most people do not though.

80% is the most I can enjoy, after that it just tastes horrible to me.
 
I enjoy 85% Lindt cocoa dark noir chocolate with black tea and milk most days and am looking forward to seeing if it makes a noticable difference to the effects of mdma. hehe

Would be cool if more people on Sam's E-diet would return to this thread and post their experience!

Yes it would,

I think that eating dark chocolate / cocoa products on the day of taking mdma could be more neurotoxic though, so i wouldn't really advise it,
However
I have always been doing it and i dont seem to have suffered any side effects, but everyone is different so someone out there could be susceptible to the damage, hence this warning.

Do NOT consume Dark Chocolate within the same day of taking mdma. I think it is much more neurotoxic to do so with recent realization that dark chocolate contains phenylalanine which is the precursor to Tyrosine:

phenylalanine > Tyrosine > L-DOPA > Dopamine
Which we should not be taking L-Tyrosine as a supplement for preloading.

See i thought that stuff that is precursor to dopamine was a bad thing to take?

I dont know really, i always have a blast and i take 100mg now, so I don't really think it would give extra neurotoxicity unless you ate loads,

I already tested that theory myself i guess when i ate like 300grams of dark chocolate before i took 180mg pill, that did feel quite neurotoxic but it did also feel amazing.
 
^usually you take 100, so 180 is much higher would feel more toxic.

I wouldn't mess with supplements, but milk has a lot of phenylalanine and tryptophan which is why I drink it. Perfect protein for the ravers' brain IMO. Best coupled with an insulin spike from Carb load for maximum absorption.
 
I read in a bodybuilding forum to eat dark choc after drinking protein shake, to spike insulin levels and therefore protein gets easier absorbed
