I hope you're not referring to the guy who did it 2 days ago. As with MDxx people should really be spacing doses out with months inbetween, and a minimum of 30 days/1 month. Taking it any more often than that is going to lead to the same problems as with heavy MDMA use, e.g. depression, anxiety, loss of magic due to serotonin down-regulation.

Lynx, I found smoking a little weed and listening to upbeat reggae and relaxing music was really soothing for my hangover with this. Eat foods high in tryptophan (e.g. meat, cheese), B vitamins, 5-HTP if you have them, and if you have any annoying left over muscle tension (I did for a couple days after both of my experiences with this) then magnesium would really help with that.

I took 200mg pellets and it was mind blowing, wondering if its possible to inject it? I have never injected anything before. What would the dosage be if its possible.. etc..
 
I'm planning on taking 6-apb again this Saturday night with a few good friends and was just going to ask you guys, would you suggest anything? I mean I know what to expect with this drug, great euphoria, euphoric touch, jaw clenching etc. I am thinking of bringing one of those head massagar's, think it might be pretty fun, but what do you guys think? Can you think of anything else I can bring to the party that would enhance our trip?

The following combination was tested with similar results to yours. Definite memory loss. Would start talking about something and forget what they were talking about. One of the subjects was full out tripping(riding a pony) in a room full of people and was in and out of a communicable state. Definitely would not recommend. I think 50mg to 100mg of 6-apb by itself is plenty. Mix that with some MJ and some drinks(just not too many).

Approx times, exact doses:
0:00 50mg 6-apb
0:30 20mg 5-apb
1:00 100mg MDMA
3:00 50mg MDMA
4:00 50mg 6-apb, 100mg MDMA

Oh and 6-apb bring moderate to extreme jaw clenching, moderate to extreme euphoria, some dry mouth, definitely seemed to cause a lot of confusion at high doses compared to low. I believe i read one trip report that said massages were amazing... I can imagine this would be the case.

Any ways to reduce jaw clenching/bruxism? I supply with magnesium regularly and tried a larger dose few hours before 6-APB and it didn't do a thing.

THis is the 4th or 5th post in this thread alone talking about how you wanna be a heroin addict. How you wish you could get addicted to dope. WTF? You have high hopes man. We all think you are mad cool too.

Yeah you have an wise advise, but that supplements/food wont take away the hungover. I mean, no food, or supplements in the world are gonna really fix an MDxx hungover likee he says is feeling now, on the other hand having a bit more fun or taking another drug seems more practical. After all its his bday, he should be having fun, and post pone any bad thoughts for another day.

I also think you are definitely overreacting with 1 month rule. It really depends on your physical condition, diet, if takingantioxidants, and amount drugs taken in each session.
 
Actually the 1 month rule is a bit of an understatement imo, if you're rolling every month, whether it be MDxx, x-APB, or even just large amounts of beta-ketones you're likely to be doing yourself damage in the long run. IIRC SERT concentrations in the brain are around 90-95% of their original density 4 weeks after your dose (with MDMA in particular, though MDA is slightly worse in this respect, so 6-APB should be treated similarly), with the last 5-10% taking a while longer to recuperate. This effect is likely to stack, e.g. if you dose again after 4 weeks you may only be back to say 88-90% another 4 weeks later.

These figures aren't exact or anything so definitely don't quote me on it, but the run-down is that even the 1 month rule is more of an "if you really must roll again soon, at least leave it a month", rather than a blanket rule for long term use. If you're using these kinds of drugs regularly you should probably be giving yourself 2-3 months, maybe even longer if you want to see the same magic year after year without horrible comedowns, lasting depression etc.

Supplements and good diet - while they'll never make anything but the mildest hangover vanish, they definitely make an impact. Tryptophan is used by your body to produce Serotonin and Melatonin, and studies have shown that by increasing levels you can help relieve depression and help natural sleep patterns. This is no miracle cure but it certainly helps, and some believe it is much more effective than taking 5-HTP (which is also directly converted to Serotonin and Melatonin) - plus everyone has meat and cheese around so it's an easy cheap way to treat your hangover without going to the pharmacy/health store :D

As I said, not an instant cure, but it will help speed up your recovery time and lessen the severity of the hangover :) Most people would recommend 5-HTP, and/or the B Vitamins, but I think tryptophan-high foods are something people often forget to mention.
 
Sorry if this was already discussed but I'll ask anyway - do you guys have problem with erection whilst on 6apb? All my friends report they were very horny but just couldn't get it up. However I am relatively normal, maybe not as hard but defo erection..
 
Just btw. Today I finally had the "balls" to eat 3 pellets at once from my good vendor. That should have been some 140mg of 6APB and 90mb of 5APB.

After 2 hours... ohhhhh my goood. Way better than meph. And thats something from me. Because I used to really love meph. But this is so much more pleasant, no gibberish talk, no crazy behaviour (except extreme pupils.. but I'm just gonna videochat with strangers today so meh :P).
So far the best psychedelic experience I've ever experienced.

Yeah, our memory loss was shocking, our conversations REALLY weren't lasting that long. At first I thought it was because we were all just thinking about everything, and wanted to talk about it all, but obviously that isn't the case haha. We'd be skipping from conversation to conversation and never remembering the whole point of it and skip onto something else, we all just laughed it off though, the best thing to do. And we were tripping pretty hard too, my friend was tripping about playing CoD and said "Andy, you were too slow" and "If only I had a predator missile" and me and my other friend were like "what?". He was tripping balls. I was too, thought I saw an airplane pretty low and saw rainbows in the night sky. A very good trip and experience for us all though. But yeah, you've gotta watch out for that memory loss, actually I'm pretty sure that is due to how much of this stuff you take, but everyone is different.
 
So i finally got my order of 6-apb a month after i was expecting it and gave it a go. GF and i both with 100mg orally.

We planned to dose after i got home from work on Saturday but instead we got into a small fight related to her homesickness. We talked it through and eventually decided to dose 5 hours later at 11pm. I had just eaten a can of chunky soup and she had not eaten since lunch. After smoking some un-named synthetic canabanoid incense, we watched TV and she began to feel the effects and she looked at me and said "oh my god i'm rolling." She went to the bathroom and it seemed to be a little overwhelming to her before i got my first chill down my spine. When she came back she mentioned that the wallpaper in the bathroom was moving slightly.

We went to the bedroom and talked about our families and childhood experiences. I felt very open and knew the drug was working in me but for me the come-up was slow and gradual instead of the intense come-up my GF experienced. At some point i asked her what we were fighting about earlier that night and neither of us could remember which was nice. After a while I pulled back the covers and was hit with a wave of coldness that was the first physical manifestation of the drug that i felt. Goosebumps covered my skin and i quickly retreated to the warmth of my lover in the covers. We talked all night and I finally became tired at around 6am. She stayed awake all night but i was able to sleep quite well. While i found the experience to be smooth and steady, she thought that it was too intense and decided to try a lower dose next time.

The next day wasn't too rough but there was a hangover and blah feeling that went away after a day of rest.

What? No, it wasn't a Sex party... it was just a party with a "Fur" theme on a cold Valentines night. Unfortunately, I didn't get to dose that night because my order was delayed over a month.

True but for me there is nothing like benzo's on the come down. You can sleep "normally" witch decreases the hangover inmensly. Also, if you have long lasting benzos like diazepam, the next day(s) is/are real smooth. Not like the horrible serotinin-depleted hangovers I used to have.
 
It really is a fun combination, isn't it? For me, 5 provides the energy and 6 the empathy and euphoria whilst the latter is trippy as hell. My last experience was a combo of 190mg 6 and 200mg of 5 (5 was very weak) over a period of some hours. Brilliant experience. Next combo will be Lucy coupled with 6 after the peak. I think that'll be fun :)
