what you get charged with originally? drugs i take it?

Original charge was delivery of a controlled substance (oxy) class Y felony 10-40-life sentencing guidelines. Same sentencing structure as murder/rape etc. Part of my plea deal was i'd plead guilty to felony possession which is only a class C and i can get expunged off my record.

with cook county the only way they will give you methadone in jail, is if you were in the program when you got arrested and went to jail...so if your goin therw Wds in jail, they really wont do nothing for you..so you should go enroll in the MMT program so when you go to jail they might let you take it there and then you can get free 'done and get high off the shit

Yea i was supposed to have atleast until the 28th, and then after that i'd be on call to go turn myself in. But the bond lady called today and said the judge didnt see a reason to wait and show up sometime sunday.


Basically my plea worked like this. Plead guilty to felony Possession Class C felony max 10 yrs. I go do a year or on the 2 that werent suspended. Get out I have no probation or parole all i haveta do is pay my fines. Which i did the day of my sentencing. So all i gotta do is about 9 months of kicking it not make any noise or do anything dumb and this whole thing goes away. It will be expunged from my record completely and i can leave arkansas and get back to Humboldt as soon as i walk out of that place.

cause why wouldnt they just give you some probation..or do they take that shit a little more serious down there? cause up here if you got a decent lawyer and are white..you can pretty much stay out of jail for most felony charges

like me i got possession of a CS and was givin probation..it was my first conviction though

Its my 2nd felony. 1st was Felony possession back in 2006 but i got it expunged and they cant use that against me in this case, I did 3 years felony probation with no violations even. Basically i just got sentenced based on how shitty this state is.

I bang em I tryed snorting it one time when I didnt have a rig I felt like it was a horrible waste. To me 4mg of dilly is equal to one bag of the dope I used to get around bham.
