So at my old job me and a buddy would bump ketamine at work sometimes. We worked at a grocery store.
Anyone else able to take ketamine at work and function lol? Keep in mind though it was small lines and somehow people didn't notice we were on something. Probably cause I had a slight tolerance

Op's Question: Ketamine at work?
My answer:

Funnily enough ive put blinds up indoors on just 1 line of k, i was floating away as i was screwing it in lol

so that's a yes . . . lol

i use ketamine at work . . . to induce patients for intubation . . . they in fact pay me for this purpose. lol

I dropped a blotter last Friday at about 11am, didn't think I had to go back to work, boss called me up cos he needed a hand. I regretfully headed to work and had a great time, apart from not beeing about to talk to people properly. Deffinetly an experience I'll remember, just kept to myself and enjoyed the radio.

i have done small and large lines the small ones made me function much better(i was selling books at the time) but the large ones hahaha bad idea

I dont get this dosing and then go to work, people who do this have a problem with drugs and should reconsider their (ab)use.

have you ever drunk a coffee to wake you up before work????

i take drugs before work occasionally.
they improve my performance and therefore make me a better worker. why do you think they are banned from sports?
i carefully select the correct substance to use at work in order to be the best i can at my job.
and i am extremely successful.
therefore i take drugs to be more professional.
so fuck off.

I'm trying to think of a profession for which being on ket would actually improve your performance.

Maybe if you were an extra in a zombie flick.

Bone14 it really depends on the case. i had a period in my life when i could not go to work or to my own bathroom without being on ghb. that was a problem so i dealt with it. but you know occasional using of a drug that won't interfier with your capability to work... like a little line of k or something where is the problem?
JSPete in my case i sold books much easier the few times i have tried it on k(low dose ofcourse) because i had much more connection to my past experiances with these books and presented them to the customers as books worth reading not just some product im tring to sell

I often take certian drugs at work but I am sitting down at a computer in a fairly relaxed office environment. Coffee morning and about 150ml scotch from lunchtime goes nicely. Also meth isn't too bad as long as I have valium or xanax to chill bit. G was fun for a bit bu then nearly blowing out on my desk wasn't so stopped that.

I love psychedelics the most but find them a waste a work. They don't enhance my performace as I'm too deep in thought and can't talk to colleauges without looking like mental patient. As for K I could possibly quite easily bump small amounts but I find this pointless when you can wait until you get home and rail 100 mg up each nostril and lie on the couch with your Ipod, and hole into K space. For me the beauty of K is the holeing in your own space, and then enjoy that sweet afterglow reborn reflushed feeling. Don't even like being around people much for the first 45min-1hour

Ya I totally can see that. A little bump of k would totally motivate me to be friendly to all the customers at my work and to get my work done. Only downside is tolerance started building after a bit.

Wow you guys are lucky who are dentists ha, potentially have access to medical grade ket a lot.

Yeah i used to smash K at work. I worked in a supermarket. was pretty fun. wish it was still about.

Most performance enhancing drugs are banned because they are more likely to shorten ones life span especially when you are pushing your body to its physical extremes. Kind of like how your employment is endangered when you take drugs at work. Personally I'd prefer to use in my spare time where I can enjoy without any risk of fucking up and losing my job.

Well, given that some people say that dissociatives boost their confidence or alleviate social anxiety, I can see how they would improve your performance at work if your job description involved customer service, or a lot of social interaction. Only at threshold-ish doses though.

it's kind of fun to think about how various occupations would go under the influence of higher levels of ketamine.

although I imagine nothing much happening most of time...

rubbish. theyre band because in competition sports it may give you an unfair advantage.
do you think in a 24 hour motorsport race for example, that the use of say, amphetamines is banned because of the long term health risks? phhhht.

rubbish. im a music producer, and the kind of drugs i do are obviously tailored to the nature of my work. they give me motivation, focus, and help me work creatively.

The only use for K I've ever had for work, is lunch break.

"Hey guys going to lunch"

Go to my room and lay down in bed, snort some k, k-hole and forget I'm human, believe I'm the universe, forget where I am or what I'm doing, gradually come back to reality, and it's all over in the hour lunch break I get. Then I go back to work.

"So how's that code looking?"

The "if only they knew" thoughts in my mind make me smile.
