Man I don't know if it is just my insurance or just the state of the market with the amp shortages, but I picked up my amp salt script for ~3 times as much as it cost a year ago (last feb). I know every year I gotta meet a deductible so my meds aren't an even $10.00 till it's met, but paying up towards Mr Franklin is quite ridiculous. I'm glad I found dextroamphetamine to not be as fantastic as majority of people find it to be, or the price of the script would be through the roof. I guess the same could be said about my insurance company refusing to allow me to fill a desoxyn script as it would also cost an arm and a leg (I think the insurance company refused because the pharmacy I went to only could order the name brand, and the insurance plan wouldn't pay for it. I didn't have a chance to go to a pharmacy that only ordered the generic to see if this was actually the case as my PCP was a little sketched and decided to just write my usual amp script. The insurance company did send me letter saying I could appeal the denial by getting my PCP to contact them, but I wanted to get off stimulants.).

I genuinely find l-amphetamine to play a role in amphetamine salt combo's therapeutic properties. It does add some body load, but it gives me a little more motivation/stronger hyperfocus than pure dextroamphetamine. Odd I know. Anyway, I haven't dosed since the beginning of December, so took basically two months off the amps. My tolerance is noticeably lower which I'm happy about (took my scripted dose yesterday, only took 7.5 so far today). I usually abuse it sadly on the first day but I handled it well. I'm trying to make this script last as it is what I hope to be my last amp script. I'm taking a class right now at a community college and am struggling with a lot in my life, so a little help with my ADHD is needed imo (I am seeing a therapist as well, so I can rely on myself rather than drugs).

My methadone script on the other hand was super cheap. Fucking love how inexpensive it is. Even if I didn't have insurance it would till be affordable. I'm curious if it has any effect on limiting or reducing my amphetamine tolerance with the s-isomers nmda-antagonism (the r-isomer is where the mu agonism is predominantly from).

I tried 4-aco-dmt for the first time last night. I don't know why it took me so long to getting around to try it, always had L or mushrooms so never found a need I guess. Took 18mg last night and holy cow does that stuff come on fast. I have never had tryptamine buzzing like that from an oral psychedelic. It was a little more short lived than mushrooms but very very similar. I still prefer LSD I think.
 
Well, I just had a pretty weird methoxetamine trip. Took it in my bedroom after I woke up in the morning, while my parents were awake and having breakfast and doing whatever else they do. It really wasn't the right vibe. Don't think I'll do that again. :|

For awhile it was going pretty well, though. I was listening to some psytrance on headphones, and that was CRAZY!
 
I will probably bump some mxe tonight and get really into some movies. I like doing 10-20mg bumps throughout the night when I stay in alone on the weekend, just me and my cat. Makes a boring Saturday night at home a little more interesting. Have plenty of nugget for tonight too so I'm set. Anybody have any fun plans tonight?
 
^ I might try 25C-NBOMe tonight for the first time. 25I-NBOMe was killer, so I have pretty high expectations.

Have you ever done higher dose MXE?
 
Yeah, if I am really getting into it I'll start with like 40mg under the tongue and 20mg up the nose. Then I will redose as needed as I am feeling it come on. I usually keep redosing well into the night once I start like that. I don't think I have ever used more than 200mg in a night though. Hard to tell once I get started because the scale usually doesn't get busted out after the first dose.

Edit: How are you dosing these NBOMe's? They seem really interesting but kind of a hassle to dose unless complexed correct? Measuring is not a problems of me but I'm not sure I want to be putting such a powerful chem up my nose. You can't just take it orally correct? I guess pre made blotters would be easy as they are available but for whatever reason I just don't like the idea of buying blotters. Kind of hard to say that the research chem is not being used for human consumption.

If I am drinking whisky (which is quite often) it is bourbon. I love the sweet hints of vanilla and sugars from the barrels.
 
Did you end up taking that 25C, TAC? I tried it for the first time last weekend (~600ug) and really enjoyed it. The comeup was a bit rough but once it settled down I had a hell of a night. At one point, around 12 or 1am, some friends and I took a golf cart out, cut through the golf course (at what felt like 40mph) and went down to the dam on the river. Cutting through the (really very thin) foliage to get to the dam I felt like we were hiking through the jungle, jumping creeks (really about a foot wide) and trekking through mud to get to some ancient grounds. It was like being in some kind of movie, though I'm not sure what movie I would compare it to. I came home with my shoes and jeans caked in mud and still tripping somewhat lol. I'm definitely doing it again. I can't wait to try the 25D and 25I I have, as well.
 
^ That sounds like an awesome experience! Hiking through jungley foliage with friends on an NBOMe! But, to answer your question, no, I decided I was in more of a tryptamine mood than a phenethylamine mood, so I'm gonna go take a gelcap with 26 mg 4-AcO-DPT right now. :) Haven't taken it orally yet, so it'll be interesting to see how this fares.

My little MXE experiment earlier today was pretty disappointing, so I feel entitled to a good trip tonight. Fingers crossed!

Sorry OrneTTe, didn't see the edit. They're actually easy as pie to dose. You don't need a complexing agent or anything. You just measure out a larger quantity, dissolve in some H2O ( / ETOH), suck it up with a syringe, and squirt it up yer nose! People are afraid of measuring NBOMes for no good reason. If you use liquid measurement it's hard to make a mistake.

You do need to make sure you have a water-soluble salt, however, rather than the freebase. If you've got freebase, you can easily convert it to a salt in your vial with an equimolar quantity of citric acid (bought at your local grocery).

And no, you can't take them orally. I wouldn't advise blotters either. It's impossible to know what kind of dosage your'e taking on a blotter, whereas if YOU do the measurements yourself, you can be certain of the dosage.



ALSO, someone did something pretty awesome for me earlier. I didn't have enough cash to cover a little transaction at the post office, and a generous dude standing in line behind me offered to pay for it! (I only needed an extra 3 bucks.) He said "remember to help out someone else, next time you see someone that could use a hand!" Made me so happy. :) The world isn't devoid of genuinely selfless people.

just downed a gelcap with ~300mg of DXM and ~125mg-150mg of MXE.

300mg of DXM is maybe a low second plateau for me. 150mg of MXE orally is comparable to a mid 2nd plateau DXM trip for me as far as dissociative effects are concerned. 300mg+150mg and i'm hoping for something comparable to a high 2nd plateau thing, maybe a low 3rd plateau.

might redose later. i have quite the dissociative tolerance. gonna see where this takes me though. :) giving it til at least noon.

i try to pay it forward all the time :) one day i was parking on campus, and i had a bunch of extra quarters for the meters. so i went around and put quarters in all the expired meters, so people wouldn't get tickets.

later that day i was trying to buy a 30 pack of milwaukee's best ice, but my debit card wasn't working. the old guy behind me in line covered the entire $19.97 for me. :)
 
I don't know why I didn't try that combo in September when I had a few grams of MXE. I loved DXM + ketamine (with weed of course), and I bet the DXM with the MXE would add a bit more detachment from the mind. I find MXE to be more manic and less detached/depersonalized.

When I dosed DXM + K, I took 354mg of DXM (a pretty low 2nd) off gate. +30mins I took 30-50mg of ketamine, and repeated this every 15-30 mins till +1:45 where I dosed ~75 mg. +2:15 I dosed a solid 175mg and obliterated myself, only to continue dosing >100mgs every so often with fat bong rips after each line. It felt like I was having a full body orgasm, where I was feeling pleasure deep within my body and brain, but also outside the realms of my body. I just sunk into my bed rolling around for hour and hours. It was good fine.


This makes me wish I had some ketamine right now. I have a brand new script of amphetamine and methadone, and I could only see ketamine making the combo both absolutely divine. I really enjoy the amphetamine + ketamine combo. Perfect for going out to parties (50-60mgs of amphetamine, with 15-30mg on hand to dose if needed through out the night, and 30-50mg bumps of k every 15-20 mins. after the party was over, or I choose to leave, bump up the dose of k of course and have a very euphoric and vivid k-hole experience - better than any MDMA or MDMA combo experience I've had).

Gonna go get myself a cup of coffee to let the dose of methadone I took settle in.

One of the best parts about having a pair of testicles is being able to take opioids, and enjoy the histamine release by giving them a good scratch. :P
