Dxm and Benadryl

How would this combination work?. I have dxm brand delysm and generic benadryl. Going to take a 2nd plateau dose for the dxm and a highish dose of benadryl(dph) is this combination moderately safe?
 
I don't know much about DXM and benadryl combined but, IMO DXM alone is quite enjoyable (never been beyond 2nd plateau and have no desire; why fuck with perfection?). As far as benadryl 600mg for me (24 pills) was a nightmare (Can't remember anything but heard it wasn't pretty). I just can't imagine mixing the two would be fun.

Please don't encourage people to explore new substances, particularly unresearched ones. I understand the sentiment and it's okay to advise him not to take benadryl, but advising him to replace it with something else is very harm reduction. ~Jesusgreen

I have to be careful what I take because of random drug tests but dxm used to be pretty amazing now anything more than a bottle sends me straight to the 4th..
 
diphenhydramine is fuckin scary, i was tweaking hard running around with a gun because i thought ghost people were stealing the rims on my car, then the next day I thought i was dead because I kept talking to people I could see out of my peripheral but when no one talked back i looked and they would disappear, stick with psychs that have a low half life like mesc and dmt, OTC psychs are just nasty (and yes, ive been up and down DXM plateaus many times)
 
I've done this combination before in the form of 354mg of dxm and around the same amount of DPH. It wasn't scary, but it was mindfucky and dysphoric. I was too fucked up to even function, so I just had to stay on my bed. I kept hallucinating using my laptop (it was asleep) and it would do weird stuff and I would snap out of it. I wanted to actually use it but when I wasn't hallucinating I was too messed up to do anything but stare at it. This happened repeatedly and I was so fucked to even catch on.

Its worth trying, but not fun.
 
I really wanna know how this turned out. That seems like a crazy amount of diphenhydramine to mix with dxm. I could see mixing 60mg of dph with 350mg of dxm to give the dxm a kick or something. Also, if dxm isn't really making you trip lately you might want to cut back on the amount you take and frequency you take it. I'll indulge once in a while but the evidence points towards large amounts of it being bad for the brain.
 
For fuck sake, benadryl is not a recreational drug. Take the DXM and keep the diph for allergies. I guess you'll find out for yourself though.
 
Lol, some people take and enjoy DPH recreationally. I don't understand them, but I know people who seem to legitimately enjoy this drug, so I wouldn't say it as absolutely no recreational potential.

Yup, I know people who looove DPH, and I nkow some who have got some pretty bad problems after chronic use.
 
Some idiots try to get high off of glue and banana peels too, it doesn't mean they should be considered acceptable recreational drugs. The idea of anyone over the age of 13 trying to get high on benadryl is embarrassing.
 
Benadryl was intense for me, I actually had some rather pleasant experiences on it for the parts where I wasn't convinced I was gonna go into seizures (I read a bad trip report like 20 mins after ingesting). However when I got over that I just hallucinated my friends into existence in my room and they talked to me in bob dylan lyrics. But YMMV.
