How High is North America? v. Higher than South America

400mg tramadol, 4mg clonazapam, 1200mg neurontin, 450mg wellbutrin, 75mg lyrica insufflated.

Working on my second beer. Hard to keep my eyes open but it's an exciting challenge.

Lagged out like crazy. Surprising since I've always considered tramadol to be a weak opiate. Must be the synergy. I take most of those daily though, just in slightly smaller doses.

So yeah. I'm pretty high. A joint would be nice right now. Or some 5 MEO MIPT.
 
^ I just haven't had any "water beers" in a while, so it actually caught me by surprise at how bad it was.

I had a decent night, but forgot how bad the hangover is when you drink on suboxone. I switched to bud heavies at the bar since my friend was buying and since it was crowded it was just easier for her to get two of the same drinks, ya know. I had an irish car bomb for the first time in a while, and those are so good, and really add to the drunkenness fast.
 
drunk as a skunk (xmas morning mimosas, irish coffees, and i got a huge twisted tea next to me), about to pack a bowl, and im waiting on my connect for a handfull of op40's and a half g of coke

sadly because some shit happened xmas day, i never got anything but the liquor, weed, and kpins i had that day.

but yesterday i picked up an opana30 and about 1.5gs of some fishscale coke. been on a coke binge since last night (havent slept), just had:

my "morning" coffee
daily 40mg celexa
"morning" coke-dipped marb menthol (just to numb my face. love doing that)
a line (with my last 3 more cut up) of some fishscale blow

got half an opana 30, klonopin, bottle of jack, and money for weed for when i run out around 11 (seeing as how it's 8:30 am right now). merry (belated) xmas to me.
 
195mgs of morphine (oral), and 350mg soma. I have a temazepam and another soma on deck, but I am waiting to see about some opana, and don't want them in my system if I'm going to be taking more opiates.
 
Im noddin on some Cali dope my homeboy from Cali brought back. The stuff I get is way better tho, it makes this shit look like dog shit. But hey, free dope is nice any how. :)

Morphine's actually only strong of you IV it, 195mg of morphine is probably less effective than 100mg of oxy if taken orally. Sounds like a big number, but morphine unfortunately sucks like that... I've been getting morphine lately too since my oxy/ opana guy has been dry and it's all I can get my hands on reliably. I'll take 120mg of morphine and that's not even close to the same as what 80mg of oxy does for me.
 
^ Exactly. After taking long breaks, I have no problem eating 300mgs of morphine, although it will have me nodding pretty hard. I can't even compare an oxy dose to a morphine dose. The little euphoria I get from morphine doesn't even come close to the euphoria I get from oxy. It's so different that I can't even begin to venture a guess as to what dose of oxy feels like the 195mgs of morphine I'm on. I'll give the morphine this; it lasts a long time.

The weird thing is that I find the effects of oxycodone to be a lot more similar to heroin than morphine is to heroin. I don't buy into the whole "you have to IV morphine to get its true effects." Sure, the low oral BA of morphine makes IV a lot more efficient, and with IV comes a rush, but when I had morphine IV, aside from a 20 second rush, the resulting high was the same. It just took a lot lower of a dose to reach that high by IV than it would take if I had eaten it.

Edit: My friend just handed me an Opana 40 without even saying anything. I handed him a 30mg temazepam in return, but I think we all know who was on the better end of that trade. He didn't ask me for anything, and just handed it to me, so it's not like I had to give him anything considering he is a millionaire.

I will probably only do half of it tonight, since although the 195mgs of morphine has mostly worn off, it is still lingering and will make it so I need less to get high now. I split the 40 into two piles, and then broke the smaller pile into 5 lines, and don't plan on touching the big pile tonight. I'm probably around the 20mg mark now, so will play it by ear from here on out.

over hte course of the day, i've had 15mg dexedrine IR, 2.5-3mg xanax (cant remember exact), 15-20mgs valium, 45-50mgs oxycodone, 3 beers, 1000mgs tagamet (to potentiate), around smokin marijuana all day, .2grams hash, 4ciggs, and 15mg DXM to clog 2d6 and 3a4...

took 400mg tagamet at 11:30pm eastern, swallowed 15mg dxm and opened a beer then too. at 12:30am (27minutes from now) taking another 20mgs oxycodone IR, 7.5mg valium, .5mg xanax ,and smoking a .6gram blunt when i peak yeyeyey
 
Careful there laCster, that sounds like quite the concotion. Mixing opiates, benzos, booze, and DXM isn't exactly a safe combo. If you keep the doses low enough, it sounds like you know what you're doing and all, but these drugs do carry the potential to creep up on you and cause harm you when any of these are combined, let alone all 4...

just popped my oxy and benzos, cleaned out my pipe, and now im smoking :D :D =D
 
This Opana has me rocked. I think I'm at about the 25mg (nasal) mark, and all the morphine from before definitely boosted up the high. I took 350mg soma before too, so I didn't take any benzos because I don't like mixing CNS depressant like that. Well I took my valium today, but instead of my 2mg dose for the day, I took 1.5mgs. I'm saving the temazepam for tomorrow though.
 
opana!@! im so jealous, never had opana before :p...and i have never had soma with or without opiates. i bet it is amazing. if you are tolerant, ther is nothing wrong taking with less than your norml dose of benzos... do you not smoke weed???

i might be getting a temazepam hook up soon :) cant wait
 
Just got back from the movies, saw the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. Was pretty good. A long movie, but worth the time. Very nice.

Been hittin the blackness and nodding out since noon. My roommate got back from LA, gave me some free shit, but honestly it is the WORST dope I have ever had. Doesnt even compare to my AZ dope, right now a .05 has given me that warm opiate rush, and nodding..

I stopped smoking weed since it stays in your system for so long and I'm probably going to be drug tested when I find a new job. Opana is pretty good, definitely has a heavy not to it. In terms of euphoria, I place it above morphine, but below oxycodone, but in terms of the nod it can compete with the best of them.

Here's how I put it. If you like morphine, you will love opana. If you don't like morphine that much, you will still like Opana more than the morphine, but it's not all that great. It's for sure a step above morphine, and I hear that the rush is something special, but not quite as good as the almighty dilaudid (hydromorphone) IV rush.
