I am in the same boat. Hugs to you. Had 8 hours sincenthe 2nd December, it is now the 12th at 7am here...

Try and go meditate? It helps me with my pain, lots.

Oh wait - disconnected. That's it. I'm not tied to hours or the day or days of the week. I'm not hungry at the same points each day. I'm not tired at the same points. I don't sleep during the same time period. I have no feel for where I am time wise.

I sometimes look at the clock and won't know if the time is AM or PM, and that happens even when I've been awake for long periods.

oh man do i get what you're feeling. its like being out of sync with the universe. you dont know what to do or what to feel. maybe you're in a period of transition at the moment.
 
Dichotomous. Wide awake yet exhausted. And hyperaware of just how fucking depressed I feel right now. Cutting back on drinking generally sounds like a good idea until it's 4:15 in the morning and I'm wide awake and depressed.

Happy! So happy about getting the mod spot, plus uni is all but wrapped up for the semester. This time next week I'll be back in my quiet little village in the woods, where a cat and a bath await (not at the same time) ;)
