Sorry Volundr, that seriously sucks man
That does not sound good at all. Usually a few mg of diazepam in the evening, often none, sometimes substitute with kava, etc. They are definite eyelid flutters though. In the last couple days I haven't had them much but my right butt cheek is spasming more often; not just in bed, was spasming a lot a couple hours ago in a lab.
The fact that it's not continuous is one thing, and I don't think I use benzos with enough frequency/quantity to get that bad. I do notice it more with etizolam. I like to not use that one because the morning after sucks horribly.
Work, work, work; going to work til' I'm done what I gotta do...
(edit; LMA, I DO, I DO :D
Isn't that what you're script is for
)

Eye spasms... hmmm... how often have you been using benzos, by chance? If you're using benzos and you start getting those eyelid flutters (blepharospasms/hemifacial spasms) that means you're well on your way to a nice little benzo dependency, its usually the #1 sign of pathology of the GABAergic neurons in your basal ganglia. If you think that might be the cause, please stop now before it gets bad -- I spent the better part of a year with totally annoying eyelid spasm problems that made life extremely tough for a while, and its really just not worth it.
