Boooo :( I hate it when that happens.
Have you got some herbal tea or something? That might help to relax you.
If not, just lie there and try to relax. Getting physical rest is the next best thing to getting actual sleep <3


I am disappointed :( I really really needed to do some exercise today but I forgot to eat so I didn't have the energy required to do anything. Further explanation below.

I only have 6 weeks to go until my next half marathon and I am quite behind in my training schedule. I've had SO much on at uni, so all my spare time has been taken up doing assignments etc, so I've neglected my training a bit. I'm so ready to ramp up my training as of this week but I'm worried that it's too late. I'll still DO the half-mara...just maybe not as comfortably as I'd hoped...
 
Thanks n3o I just stayed up and had some coffee then slept a few hours later on. After a while it just doesn't make sense laying there when it's not gonna happen.
