Misc The (LOPERAMIDE) diaries...

What about "The Basketball Diaries?" One of my fav' movies! Check it out, Leo and Mark Wahlberg, man.

Great movie-the script is so fucking well written, one of the most convincing junky movies in terms of dialogue. The part where they're in that shooting gallery and the guys telling Leo about his dream with the candle under the huge spoon of smack-that was some real shit.

Requiem for a dream THE BOOK by Hubert Selby Jr. Is also fucking great, as is Zoo Station (theres a movie too which is real good). Hubert Selby Jr is a fantastic writer in general though. Sorry to get off topic.

Skodeo what did they do for you in the ER if anything? With stomach pain that bad ID be hoping for a dilly shot. Even IV dicyclomine and phenorgan can be very nice. Zofran sucks IVd. I'd always ask for phenorgan.

I got absolutely nothing...by the time I got there the pain was at a 6. I could have lied, but I was honest...

Yea they know if you're lying. If your vitals don't correspond with the pain you're in they just want you to leave.

You cant always tell from someone's vital observations how much pain they're in. Sometimes their heart rate and pulse may be elevated but not always.

If someone tells me their pain is a 10 then I always give IV morphine. Admittedly this is in an ambulance not an ER but the principal is the same

I can handle pain pretty well...at 15 I broke my arm and refused IV opiates. I realized my mistake when they had to reset those bones...

Yo yo,
Today marks my third day off of work, I'll be back tomorrow morning. Not much new to report....after my ER visit I attempted to sleep and still got very little. I've been at my girls house ever since back taking lopes. No phenibut and actually not feeling any WDs from that, thank God. Tianeptine comes Monday so I'll take lopes in the morn before work and come home to my package which I will put back into effect Tuesday and stop the lope again.

Maybe next time I'll call an ambulance...
It's funny because at home I'll be rolling around and doubled over in pain, but I think, due to my anxiety, when I get around people I feel weird acting like that and try to be normal...

This is in the UK though...I'm not sure if paramedics in the states have the same protocols or even what drugs they carry...

Did you get an ECG at the ER? If so was their any sign of extended QT interval?

I'd be a bit concerned about potential damage to your interstines and bowel with all this lope especially given the abdominal pain you describe ...

No, no ECG....my internal organs are apparently all in prime condition and functioning normally. I have to see a specialist, they have no idea what it is. Like I said: This happens randomly. Two days in a three day period at the end of January. Once at the start of March before I had to get on a plane to Oregon, and then again a few days ago. It always occurs at night, besides the day in March which started around noon. It lasts at least a couple hours, usually 8-12 hours though. Even after this last episode my stomach still felt ever so slightly on edge for a full day later....like it could start back up at any time.

My gram of U 47700 is stuck in customs in San Fran as of 4:30am. I know the dangers of RCs and how dosing is extremely small so I'll be safe with it and I'm not ordering anymore after this batch (assuming it CLEARS customs). I just plan to use it to alternate with the tianeptine to get off lope and then wean down and hopefully be free.

My heart really only feels out of whack when I dose high on the lope....even though I have been back on lope for a few days I have been sticking to my lower quantity (a little more than half of what I used to take to feel good) and by doing this the side effects are minimal, I can function, and I feel a little glow.

Here's what I am most likely going to do: when I run out of my tianeptine & U 47700 crutch It's just going to be all cold turkey from there. I've done it in the past. I just need some extended time away from lope (at least a week so the worst has cleared my system) and on the last few days just take smaller and smaller amounts of the other two and be done. Perhaps then just implement kratom for a few days and stop. If I spend too much time on the other stuff I'm just going to want to keep doing that. It just seems like anytime I start to trade one drug for another the cycle is neverending.

...It's a matter of sticking to my word and the past week has shown me just how determined I can be, but when I get in the midst of a bind I start to freak out rather than ride it out. Have to take the pain...
Back in the day I was constantly WDing off methadone because I never had enough money. 2/3 of my days were spent in WD and I used to ALWAYS force myself to go to work and whatnot. I've become such a baby now about it. With the methadone days 3-5 were the worst and if I made it to day 7 I started to feel much better, with day 10 allowing me to actually feel like I was ok and be able to smile. I figure it's the same with lope since they both share an extended half-life.
Don't do drugs, kids...

Is U47700 a fentanyl derivative? That's not the greatest thing to be trying. I totally understand what you're going through but unfortunately there just isn't any magic bullet to fix the inevitable withdrawal. Its either a case of a strictly controlled taper or CT...

Good luck anyway and let us know how you get on .

It is not a fent derivative actually. I chose it over a fent derivative because it is a safer option from what I gathered. As of right now it LOOKS as though both the tianeptine and U 47700 (which appears passed customs) will arrive Monday. Perfect timing if so...I'll drop the loperamide after Monday morning and implement the other two (alternating every couple days) and go from there. My main concern is lope's long half life. As I said before, if I can keep off it for a good week to 10 days with these two ultra short acting chems then I'll be ok once I stop taking them in small doses...that's the plan. Once again cutting off lope come this Tuesday (last time Mon morn') and I have enough supplies to make it through this time around. When I get paid again I'll order more kratom as well, enough for about 3 to 5 days as an endgame to the detox and then the cold turkey wont be that bad...throw a tiny bit of phenibut back in for a day, two tops if need be.
My tentative plan thus far...

Meant to ask.....

Do you just take the loperamide on it's own or do you take P-Glycoprotein and CYP-450 inhibitors with it (cimetadine, grapefuit juice, tonic water etc..)

If your just taking it on it's own the the doses needed to keep it the right side of the blood brain barrier are so much higher.

The choice of replacement/comfort meds you've chosen aren't really ideal. Have you looked ather options such as a controlled taper off the lope or benzos/pregabalin/clonidine as comfort meds? They're much more effective.

I know you said it wasn't practical but something like bupe or even methadone would be so much better for your health than tineptine, baclofen, RC opiates and all that lope.

Wish I could be of more help .....

"Temperature's rising, Fever is high. Can't see no future, Can't see no sky.

My feet are so heavy So is my head

I wish I was a baby
I wish I was dead"

BTW watch out for "comfort meds" That's what I first called my now 9-month long benzo addiction

That's the big problem and the main reason why I'm concerned about the OP. Many of the things used are worse that the initial addiction. Unless you have immense self control and can use them for a week or two max then just stopping CT is the best bet....

Admittedly stopping like that isnt for everyone......worked for me though.

No inhibitors.
I really wish I could get my hands on some pregabalin, that would be ALL I'd need. Totally worked in the past more than once to get off methadone temporarily. Dude, if I could find some Lyrica I would just be taking that right now for a week and call it good. I wish...
I found a website overseas that I could purchase it from. However, now I don't remember the address and it was spendy...perhaps I have some digging to do and this Friday I could put some of my paycheck towards it???
I know I am playing with fire, but I haven't used phenibut in a few days at all now and I did purposely take about a week's break from the tianeptine (after taking it for 5 days in a row). I'm not ordering anymore "U" after this gram comes - if it even comes. The Kratom I purchased which I intended to use in place of the tianeptine did absolutely NOTHING. I got ripped off by a website that I ordered from for the first time. It was supposedly a 50x extract that I started experimenting small
(1/4 g) with and eventually ended up taking 5 grams (which would equate it 250 grams of regular leaf) without any result. I emailed the company about it and they said they'd make it right and now, two days later, I still have yet to hear back from them again. Hence why I jumped back on the lope until the tianeptine comes tomorrow again.
