Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh Ultrapysher - you are a legend!!!

Tomaz vs Filterheadz's "Sunshine" is definately one of my anthems for rolling or tweaking or hell just plain old sober! :D Actually, another good tune that is very similar is "Yazilando" by Oreja - got that whole great African tribal thing to it on top of a great bassline and beat. Well reccomended :)

Also while i'm ere I might as well post another few of my own personal favourite tracks to hear mainly while riding the highs of a Madam...

For when i'm in an old skool/rave kinda mood, i'd say either "Raving, I'm Raving" by Shut Up & Dance (cheesey yes, dated sure...but if you were there at the time back in 92, y'all know what it meant lol) or "Move Your Body" by Expansion (the original of course; fuck knows ow many remixes of that came out)!

If i'm in a drum and bass or/and breaks kinda mood, then drum & bass wise "Morse Code" by Roni Size and "Love Is Not A Game" Dillinja remix has me and me m8 in rapture every time, no question :) For breaks tunes, DEFINATELY "My House Is Your House" by Phil Kieran (but Freq Nasty remix) and probably "Booty Bangin" (not sure who does it, but trust me it's a beast)!

For techno/harder house kinda tip, as mentioned before, "Sunshine" by Tomaz vs Filterheadz, also "Humanism" by John Carter. I don't really listen to hard house but I do love "Rompa Stompa" by Charlotte Birch and Ingo.

Other tunes that usually get a rinsing are "Trust Me" by Thomas Schumacher (tuneeeeeeeeeee!!), "Slammin" by Eric Pridz (I forgive him for "Call On Me". But only just) 8( "Sueno Latino" (Layo & Bushwakka remix), "Step Back" by Slam (they are incapable of making bad tunes) and for a last choice as I got quite a few, "Don't You Want Me" by Felix (who DOESN'T like this record?!) and although not exactly havin it, "What Is Love" by Deelite (B side of "Groove Is In The Heart") as it always takes me back to 91' and leaving school and discovering acid for the first time and lazy summers and ahhhhhhhh..... %)

Well, be cool if anyone else out there agrees or likes any of the songs i;ve mentioned - lemme know if ya do! :p

P.S. I do also listen to other genres of music, mainly rock but I have to admit I rarely listen to that stuff when dropping. Now Idlewild's "These Wooden Ideas" when tanked up on booze? Oh yes indeedy! 8)

Interestin thread!

I got "Sunshine", "love is not a game" and my "my house is your house" all on vinyl.

Got loadsa great records for stomping to. Some old some new.

Techno: "The Stalker"-Green Velvet (Laidback Luke mix), "Murder was the Bass"-DK8, "RED 2"-Dave Clarke, "World War 303"-Rozzers Dog, "Ampetamine or Cocaine"-Dave the Drummer etc etc etc

Classic Old Skool n Jungle:

"Out of Space" by the Prodigy (There are some great Breakz remixes out now!), "Trip to the Moon" Pt 2-Acen (also recieved a great rmx from an american artist, forgotten name), "We are I.E"-Lennie De Ice

ETC ETC

Breath or Charlie by the Prodigy, cos theyre a savage band.

Stand By Me, by that black dude, great song, even better on pills.

Eat the Meek, by NOFX, cos when i started to do pills whenever me and this girl i knew wanted to come up quicker we'd listen to this song on full blast.

Rythmn is a Dancer, by Snap. I love punk, but the first time i went clubbing on pills this song came on and i knew why dance music and pills where meant to go together.

Ant, worst till last, Eternal Flame, the old one, by some crap 80s band. I hate the song when sober, but have some fantastic memorys listenin to this song on pills round (a now ex) girlfriends house, and feelin completely amazing (didnt feel so amazing in the mornin though).

Eternal Flame? The Bangles. Nice in its way. Prefer something with a bit of Oooomph when I'm on the madders (MDMA-I'm not gonna call it Molly). When I was in the honeymoon period I would have appreciated the emotional aspect a bit more. Enjoy it while it lasts!! It gradually becomes more of an amphetamine like buzz

Thats why i dont do pills ne mor. when you have to take 10 of something in a night to get fucked u know its time to take a loooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnng break.

the starting line.

i don't remember the name of the song buti know which one it is if that makes sense. song was playin the first time i rolled the first time i peaked (highest i'll ever go in my life I'm pretty sure) and it fit perfectly with what was goin on.

i'm not much into electronic music. it's kinda bugs me even if i'm rollin at a house party. if i was at a rave/club it would be cool though. i'd rather jam some pop punk though and feel happy.

or some hardcore too. straightedge hardcore :)

i remember driving around one night jammin some TIME FLIES when i was rollin and that shit went off.

or some rap. i love the get crunk party style shit out now. or anything out of HOUSTON.

ugk - trill ass mixes screwed. that shit is sooooooooooooooooooo slow. perfect for drivin around drunk/high. i dunno about rollin. haven't tried it.

I got to that point and just started doin more and more K to make up for the diminshing returns problem. And other things like 2cb. Have only recently given it all up. Hard work filling the gap. Makes you realise how much time and energy it has consumed!

Good tunes and I'm pleased to hear that the UK opened your eyes. The scene here is very different here from the US I imagine (I'm assuming that is your native land, or homeland should I say actually)

In what way did it change it?

"Adagio for Strings, Samuel Barber. It's the theme from Platoon for those who don't know it off-hand. It's one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever composed! Anything Bartok is fun while you're peaking too.

No one listens to classical while they're rolling. You've gotta try it" - Sput

You should hear The new one, Tiesto has a Remix out, it's amazing, better than original. I though I was the only one that likes classical while rolling.:)

Adagio for strings is the most emotional piece of music I have ever heard. From my POV its something I would listen to after a party rather than during the high point but thats just because I use MDMDA as a tool to dance and socialise rather than to relax. Hourses for courses.

tHEY all get emotional when on E
There's so many and I can't even think of one, 'cept for the classic "Wish You Were Here" (J Creamer & Stephane K) (I know, lame 'cause it's so old)

i highly recommend "Butterflies and Hurricanes" by Muse. This song blows me away everytime, goose bumps, cold shivers and all!

Fuck i'm getting goose bumps now! WHAO!!

Words (For Love (Original Mix)- Paul Van Dyk

This song gives me the most intense loved up feeling peaking
