Pharmahuasca (tried the other several times and never broke through) (if I could, I would combine a tiny amount of every drug that has been listed in this thread, mix it all up, and see what the hell it would do)

id go for the IV, simply cuz oral morphine is shit

scratch that oral, nasal, SL, anal morphine are all shit n ive never had it IV

methadone or hydrocodone (provided you could get it at any dose n no APAP)
 
opiates, although i guess thats just cause i have virtually unlimited access to medical cannabis and considerably less access to opioids.

LOL. I'll take the coke. I've swallowed balloons on jail visits and thrown them up when I got back to the dorm.

A known fake "molly capsule", or a known fake "acid" tab? Both are unknown drugs similar to the one they were sold as, but with much more toxic effects

Wow, guess for me nothing is scarier than fake (but effective) substances that mimic LSD...so I choose the other.
IV Hydromorphone or IV fentanyl? Dont know if this is relevant to the next poster, but I am envisioning a hospital setting here.
