Why?

Is house/techno an stuff regarded as classical electronic?
I don't know. Music made with fully electronic components and computers is really only a few decades old. Fully electronic classical is a thing though if you're so inclined.
 
True didn't think of it that way. And why not, I'm always up for hearing something new if you have any suggestions.

My favorite electronic classical is Isao Tomita's version of The Planets
Orchestral suite by Gustav Holst. Isao Tomita built all of his own synthesizer hardware and it's a bunch of massive analog synths in the 70's. Very impressive.

I've not heard Derrick may and the Detroit symphony. Good?

You should check out Derrick May 'Strings of Life' with the Detroit Symphony. It's a house classic.
