Why can you abuse drugs like Ritalin, but not Prozac?

Yeah, tianeptine is a full mu opioid agonist and I wonder if really nobody tested it against that site but it's still seemingly distinct in that it doesn't seem to depress respiratory anywhere as much as normal opioids do. It even has been suggested to stimulate respiration, please correct me if I'm wrong, some voice back in my head tells me I'm confusing with kratom.
