What's worst about the USA

The falling away from the church( I am a non denominational protestant and the Catholic Church is historically one of the enemies of my faith, so whatever is going on, some sick stuff I believe at the Vatican, means nothing to me) and end is predicted in the Bible and there are clues about certain countries, but American isn't one of them. No one but God the Father knows exactly when but there are clues, and it seems that things are really starting to look like, well the beginning of the beginning of the end as we know it.
For all those who disagree; I don't care, and there is no way I will change my beliefs.
I'm in agreement with you. The Vatican and the Jesuit order is part of the synagogue of Satan besides the Zionist. I will pray for them but not be a part of them. I also don't attend the 4 wall church system which is not Biblical.

I disagree on the church part, it took a while but I found a good church. And it is Biblical, look at the churches Paul established, visited and wrote too. Also read about how churches should be run and what their roles are, in the Bible.

Thanks for the correction. I just haven't found a "good church" and I've looked. But lets be frank, what church is running it like Paul established?

Good point, I have to go to another county to go to church. They are very conservative and have not sold out, so to speak. I live in area where about half the state lives. I am a suburbanite, through and through. No place in my church for political correctness. No trying to change to try to get parishioners. You live out in country, so finding a decent church could be much more difficult.
All these sell out evangelical churches are stupid, they have alienated true believers, in an attempt to boost their numbers. It hasn't worked. There are so many seminaries, that have gone liberal and the falling away from the church seems to have begun years ago. This notion of trying to make church attractive to unbelievers is a failure and a disgrace.
The woke churches and all the denominations that have watered down and basically gutted the gospel and the cowardness of the younger minister's is a disgrace.

I mean, as a kid.
Oh, I was just messing with you anyways. Just wanted to see if my favorite Finnish 🚲 enthusiast was around.
Cycling question. Let's say money is not a concern; what is the lightest 10 speed type cycle you can buy, Tour de France legal, no bikes on steroids? Also how much? Been 30 years or more since I went for a bike ride. I loved my GT mach 1 BMX bike, till I got a drivers license.

I can't really say, I don't spec the ultra-light carbon fiber composite stuff.

The worst thing about the USA is that they were colonised by European catholics and Puritans.

Poor bastards.

Conversely, the best thing about Australia is that they were colonised by British criminals.

Which is the most well adjusted country?

It's a no brainer.

Worst things about USA...

Ignorance is glorified. Books are mostly used as house decoration. People are brainwashed into thinking socialism is bad. Dog eat dog capitalism means life is all about getting yours at the expense of others.

Ultimately, and what I don't think the rest of the world truly grasps, USA is not a rich country. It's a country of poor people controlled by about 10,000 ultra wealthy people. Ever since about 1980.

The American Dream is dead. Kids are given the illusion that if they just do the right things and go to college that they'll make it. Most don't. College in this country is essentially buying into the system of pseudo enslavement to the rich, a form of perpetual debt and indentured servitude to the 0.1% and banks.

In a way, people are forced into financial enslavement and very few ever make it out of that cycle. The worst part is, it's not about how hard you work, it's 90% luck.

And we also produce specimens such as Trump.

But cheeseburgers are cool. 🍔

and of course, if you reject the system, or can't afford mental health treatment, homelessness has essentially become a crime in many parts of the country. You are literally punished for being poor. By the banks, by the courts, by the cops, by the corporations....

We're not far behind you mate, believe me.

I don't pay that much attention to foreign politics, but I have certainly noticed a general trend of the UK, and other countries, following the example of the American system. Boris Johnson, Brexit, all that, seemed like a playbook out of US conservative politics circa the last 40 years. But my only reference point is my own country so I could be wrong, that's just my take on it.... maybe that's my American brainwashed brain regurgitating American exceptionalism.
