what do you folks have to eat that's quick and easy?

A fast and easy breakfast: Fry up a couple eggs and toast a bagel or keiser roll. Throw about 8 slices of pre-cooked bacon into the microwave. (do they sell that in the UK?) My son loves that and it's done in 2 minutes.

For the Mexican with refried beans I have an awesome recipe for nachos, You need:
One pound of ground beef
packet of taco mix
Can of refried beans
bag of corn or flour chips like Tostitoes
shredded cheese of your preference
Toppings: lettuce, onions, bell pepper, tomato, sour cream, whatever you like

Fry the ground beef in a skillet, drain the grease and add the taco mix and water as directed. It's ready in 15 minutes. Stir refried beans into the meat. Lay the chips on a plate. Add the beef and a bunch of shredded cheese. Microwave for about 90 seconds to melt the cheese. Then add your toppings. Delicious and easy!

What worries me is the ingredients...
You can't just make a couple of sandwiches like this.
I think it's part of the problem. We need to be busy during the week but make sandwiches on the weekend.
3 pounds in the uk for a tuna and mayo is just not worth it.
 
Remember now, I'm a primal eater/raw foodist so I eat WEIRD stuff...

BUT this smoothie is delicious and easy!
1 handful blueberries
1/2-1 scoop whey protein powder
1 raw egg yolk(nutritional powerhouse)
1 scoop powdered greens
8 oz liquid of your choice

VERY filling AND delicious! =)
