It's because of the difference in sexual dynamics. For example, as a man any time a women sends me any unsolicited pornographic pics (hell, it doesn't even have to be pornographic) I assume one thing and one thing only. She is trying to sell me her content.

For a women, I am sure she is making a similar assumption only in her case the assumption is that the man wants sex from her rather than money. Why is this unattractive? Because the woman wants to get to know the guy first, as women exist in a buyer's market. They already have plenty of options on a dating site so seeing a guy's dick doesn't tell them anything about whether he's a safe person to meet up with or whether he has a job or is somewhat normal and fun to be around or whatever else they care about. Their sex drives are less visually activated, so a more apt analogy than a pussy pic would be if a girl sent a guy a picture of her bank account balance. That's simply not high on the list of what most guys care about initially.

Yes initially 'incel' meant just that, and ironically enough the term was coined, and the first website set up, by women who couldn't find a man for love nor money. And most people would like a sexual partner.
