Very SERIOUS phenibut addiction. HELP!

My journey with phenibut didn't last long, because it gave me massive headaches, and I was barely taking any. If I were taking 20g a day, I would devise a very careful tapering plan, dropping 4g in one day, I think might be too fast. I would be patient and go slow. Like others have said, I would also see a Dr. about crossing-over to prescribed benzos, if necessary. I most certainly wouldn't try to cold turkey from such a high amount, IMO. I have read otherwise, but I fully believe coming off phenibut is likely as dangerous as coming off benzos. I think I would try to make smaller cuts, but perhaps every week, if it were me.
