n° 2 & 3 are pretty much impossible to get here. Which is too bad.. Hydromorphone can be prescribed, but it rarely happens.. Oxymorphone simply isn't available. My 4. Would be either ketobemidone (or however u spell it) or carfentanyl, but pre-weighed into human-sized doses, in a bottle for IV use with 10000 doses or so, where drawing up 1 unit equals a dose. Gawd that would be sexy to have.
