I'm inclined to say 'no', but i could be wrong.
As far as i'm aware, Trichocereus Pachanoi generally doesn't have such deep ridges running down the length of the cactus, and the "points" on the "star" less "pointy" when cut. The ones i've grown seem much more "cylindrical", if that makes sense.
Not a clear identifier by any means, but usually one of the first things i look at when i'm looking at a cactus of that sort.
