I would be very skeptical getting an I.d from someone in here, possible tho, there are lots of cactus' from that family that look similar, though it does look like San Pedro, possible it's another though

The inside cut should be a star shape tho, I notice the inside of yours is completely round shaped for the core, I would suggest looking it up on Wikipedia

The inside cut is not a shar shape on wikipedia either, maybe those canals running from the core visible in that wiki pic are confusing you but I think they are something else and not to be considered an ID criterium.

IDing may be kinda tricky and not something anyone of us here can do conclusively. So since it is mostly speculation and guesswork, or at best encouraging exclamations of lacking mismatch in appearance... ID threads tend to be closed. Though, cactus threads less immediate than mushroom hunting ones.

This looks interesting, but no idea how reliable it is or helpful:

I'm inclined to say 'no', but i could be wrong.
As far as i'm aware, Trichocereus Pachanoi generally doesn't have such deep ridges running down the length of the cactus, and the "points" on the "star" less "pointy" when cut. The ones i've grown seem much more "cylindrical", if that makes sense.
Not a clear identifier by any means, but usually one of the first things i look at when i'm looking at a cactus of that sort.

Lick the flesh of you're cacti if you taste a extreme unpleassant bitterness taste. Then it's most likely mescaline containing. Also the darkgreen round around the lighter flesh looks like the cacti I prepared but I knew for sure it was San Pedro. But there are many cacti looking alsmost if not identical to Trichocereus family. Have a little bit of your cacti tested to see if it really contains Mescaline. Make sure it is, so keep it safe.
