Howdy ya'll,

This is a place where we can post psychedelic related MEDIA material. This included such things as visionairy movies, documentaries on the drugs/experience/movers-and-shakers, podcasts, online-writings, YouTube-y, .wav's, etc. Keep it legal and nice...

One stipulation that we will make- NO TRIPPING VIDEOS!!! That is to say, we DO NOT want to see kids smoking salvia and acting like their on salvia 8o or people flipping out from drugs. We also don't want to see people consuming large amounts of dangerous drugs, and will be quite strict in moderating this.

Also anything else that we feel like canning we will.....;) Just use common sense in posting here and remember the rules. :)

The cd Dark Side of The Moon (Pink Floyd) is a trip to listen to while on L. Put that on with a laser projector in a dark room and it creates one hell of a daze.
 
The Psychedelic Salon podcasts at http://www.matrixmasters.com/podcasts/ are an excellent resource. Over 100 talks on a wide variety of psychedelic topics, featuring Dr. Shulgin, Terence McKenna, Christian Raetsch, Myron Stolaroff, Bruce Damer, much more. Also wonderful recorded presentations from Burning Man.

Wow, I don't think I've ever heard Mckenna that fuckeddd up. Does anyone know what he was on during that recording? Perhaps coming down off of DMT? :) Maybe he's not on anything at all. . .

Yar, I think he was probably straight at the time, I've seen him drinking beer during some talks so maybe drunk...I think he was trying to be mesmerising. It worked! :)

Guys just make sure that all this stuff is okay to link in here....:)

mckenna said that he stuck to pot & alcohol in public & "really piled it on" in private.

Ecstacy Rising - An ABC Special Report discussing the rediscovery of MDMA by Shulgin, the rise of Ecstacy in the early 1980's in Dallas, the REAL effect and the human body, the continuing positive and negative effects of the drug, and the governments reaction to what it perceives as a problem. VERY GOOD and objective report. Comes off as almost pro-ecstacy but really just wants people to know the facts and be able to make their own decisions without being blinded by false propaganda. It shows the truth of MDMA and how the government surpresses and ignores scientific evidence that shows how it really effects the body and instead toutes bad science and false information to attempt to scare a generation from trying the drug (which continues to fail against their best efforts).
