Testosterone numbers/Friend needs help bad!

I wasn't sure if you'd gone higher than your prescribed hrt. Most cis men that aren't obese can tolerate 250-500mg/week of testosterone without major negative side effects such as the hair thinning and acne and estrogen conversion issues. Was curious if trans men experience negative side effects at lower doses due to potentially more sensitive androgen receptors.
Trans men are at a much bigger risk for cardiac events than cis men due to how their body responds to exogenous Test, so it's probably best to not push the envelope too much for too long.

EDIT: Reandron is Test Undecanoate at 250mg/ml (157.9 test base), so 3ml are 750mg Test U/473.7mg Test base, every 9/10 weeks.

Bear in mind that the average amount of testosterone you make a day is between 3-7mg. So if you are taking 250mg a week you ain't doing testosterone therapy, you are blasting.

Correct, I have a trans male friend who actually had a heart attack and a stroke because of his testosterone therapy and unfortunately for him is now actually not able to take it. I cannot imagine how that would feel, it would really be awful. He wasn't really on it long enough to have irreversible changes either. Like I could stop taking hormones tomorrow (not that I would) and I would still pass as male for the rest of my entire life. My body fat distribution would revert and my face shape would change back and my body composition would be less muscular but I would retain facial and body hair and my voice would stay the same.

Generally, if a trans man has any history of heart conditions they are at risk of being denied treatment until it's managed, if it can be. I got a bit stressed out last year (literally, due to burnout, and for this reason too) when I ended up with mild hypertension due to the prolonged burnout. I was terrified it would impact my HRT and my access to it. My GP kept a really close eye on it and measured my heart stuff every time I saw him though and it's now back to normal, even on the lower side now.

I worry about people who cycle without doing a lot of research into what they're doing. I researched the impact of testosterone on assigned female people for 2 full years before I commenced HRT and read basically every scientific study or article that I could find, reports of bad outcomes, and I got all my checkups done before I started and had my heart checked out by a specialist.

I also know another trans man who literally needs to have blood letting done I think because he produces too many red blood cells. He isn't at a stage where he needs to cease HRT as it's being managed by the blood letting (which is pretty fucking heavy metal I must say) but he knows it's a possibility.

Yeah I'm gonna have to schedule an apt with my doc for a therapeutic phlebotomy soon due to thick blood. Red cross won't let me donate now lol. Covid screwed over my usual routine as the hours of operation of the blood banks around me all radically changed and staffing became an issue so I couldn't get an appointment to save my life.

I have a hard time donating the normal way as the sight of my own blood gives me the heeby jeebies lol. The last thing I want is to be found passed out, bucket of blood with a butterfly needle in my arm

Not sure what blood-letting is - you just give blood. But I've heard a lot of the usual blood donor places don't accept TRT blood because of the higher red cell count.

I've got tiger blood.

Damn so my free test was 165 and my overall was 592. Am I allowed to share my results of my blood work and see if you guys could look at it just so I know where my health is at? My endocrinologist is bad at reviewing shit like this with me

If someone's Testosterone levels were 539 would that explain then why they've been acting like such a dick.. or in his case.. a bitch? Because a man would feel his best at 1000 or close right? Any lower than 600 would make him feel lethargic, hormonal, PMS right? Or does it not work that way? Asking for a friend who needs serious help and I don't know what the fuck to do for him but he's becoming a problem and his bitching is pissing me off so I don't know how he wants me to help but his doctor doesn't want to raise his dose he takes 100mgs and I guess no other doctor covers his TRT so he can't find another doctor. What advice can I offer him so he can fix this issue and get himself better? I'm trying to help him out here.. he's not doing too well.
Also depends on age -got couple hits of testosterone injections and really at mid age it hardens the muscle and does lower the voice dramatically. Does not really boost sex drive that much. Now Methyl Testosterone does allot more and beefs muscle mass up much more. Androsterone definitely one of the big boosters of muscle and hormone blaster. Want to really increase those level Androstenalone and Boom that will work 50x better!

Go for it, but make sure to edit out any information such as name, bday, the doctor who authorized the test, name of the testing facility, etc. People are good at finding people based on bread crumb information so do everything you can to limit the crumbs. Can always just black out everything except for your results to err on the side of caution and if you want to be super careful, use an exif data removal tool if you're gonna upload a picture to remove any information saved in the picture data itself as some will disclose personal information such as GPS location for geo tagging and stuff.

My last blood test that I can get my hands on looking through my medical cabinet lists my calculated free testosterone at 183L (range between 260-740) and normal testosterone to be 10.9 (range between 8-30. I have a bunch of other references and hormones on there including my oestradiol finally being back below <88 which is the goal.

If you want, you can send me through your blood work and I can tell you whether it's within range in the data I have for the ranges on mine.

Okay here's my blood work! Damn they don't check my estrogen I guess I gotta ask for that personally.. so annoying! You would think a TRT doctor would check your estrogen levels too but.. my damn endocrinologist sucks ass and he's the only one I can see with Molina health insurance.. lame! Now can someone explain why it says eGFR African 73 and eGFR non African 73 and why the bun/creatinine ratio says non applicable? Do I go based off the non african number? Is that my number since I am non African? I know stupid question but I'm just trying to understand. I'm African below the waist if that counts lmaoooo anyways now I feel like a dumb blonde so I'm gonna go hit the gym or catch up on some book reading because spending too much time reading shit online has caused my eyes to be dry and irritated! The computer is way too addicting though! Let me know if something is off or if I need to be worried about any of those numbers. I don't know how to read blood work and by now I should seeing as how Ive been on TRT since 2014 and my damn doctor still won't raise my dose to 150-200mgs. 100mgs is crap of Test Cyp.. but that's just me!

It's based on what many consider to be erroneous studies stating those of African descent have different kidney function so their values would be different for what's considered "acceptable". To err on the side of safety, go with the non African one

Sorry my friend, finals are coming up so just got around to looking. Nothing looks alarming at a glance but I'll take a better look at them this evening for the values I'm not especially certain of
