Do you know any sleeping med that didn't affect memory and concentration? I am taking 25mg of quetiapine and 150mg of tradozone under medical supervision but since I added quetiapine, I have cognitive issues...

Atarax (hydroxyzine) is one of the least groggy one imo. Mirtazapine might also work but with 7.5mg dosage or lower (half a pill).

By the way, I am considering switching to Elvanse. It's more expensive than ritalin, but less dangerous and perhaps it's better for studying. Being used to 22 pills of ritalin, how much dose would be similar of Elvanse?
Has any of you tried both?
