The reason they banned the minaret is because they don't want all these Muslims from the poorer countries surrounding them immigrating to Switzerland because they think it's inviting towards Muslims .

I hear Spain, especially in Ibiza, has lax drug laws for even harder drugs, the same with Portugal. Someone should invest in a list and keep it updated for all of our benefit.

Really? In Europe they do that shit? I mean I could understand Singapore, the U.S.A, or some of Eastern Europe, but I have heard even hard drugs are easily obtainable and tolerated in certain areas of Spain, especially Ibiza. That's definitely not very cool if true. But at least you didn't get the U.S. treatment of a convicted felon and no chance of anything for the rest of your life.

U.S.A = More prison population than China (with far less people) or anywhere else and with over 60% of those imprisoned being there for "drug-related offenses." Worst part is we exported this policy to the rest of the world, though the sentencing systems and rehabilitation programs elsewhere actually do what they should.

Rohmaterialien und Erzeugnisse mit vermuteter
betäubungsmittelähnlicher Wirkung

Nummer Bezeichnung

1 Cathinone
Jede Substanz (ausgenommen Bupropion, Cathinon, Amfepramon, Pyrova-
leron oder kontrollierte Substanzen der Verzeichnisse a, b, d, f und g), deren
Struktur abgeleitet wird von 2-Amino-1-phenyl-1-propanon durch Modifi-
kation auf eine der folgenden Arten:
– durch Substitution im Phenylring mit Alkyl-, Alkoxy-, Alkylendioxy-,
Halogenalkyl- oder Halogenid-Substituenten in irgendeinem Ausmass,
unabhängig davon, ob diese im Phenylring durch einen oder mehrere an-
dere univalente Substituenten weiter substituiert werden;
– durch Substitution an der Position 3 mit einem Alkyl-Substituenten;
– durch Substitution am Stickstoffatom mit Alkyl- oder Dialkylgruppen
oder durch Einschluss des Stickstoffatoms in eine zyklische Struktur.
Cathinone sind von der Kontrolle nach den Kapiteln 5 und 6 der Verordnung
über die Betäubungsmittelkontrolle vom 25. Mai 20113 ausgenommen, wenn
sie von Unternehmen mit einer Betriebsbewilligung für den Umgang mit
kontrollierten Substanzen des Verzeichnisses e industriell eingesetzt werden.
Für Substanzmengen bis zu 100 g benötigen diese Unternehmen keine Ein-
oder Ausfuhrbewilligung.

2 Naphthylpyrovalerone
Jede Substanz (ausgenommen kontrollierte Substanzen der Verzeichnisse a,
b, d, f und g), deren Struktur abgeleitet wird von 2-Aminopropan-1-on durch
Substitution an der Position 1 mit irgendeinem monozyklischen oder kon-
densierten polyzyklischen Ringsystem (ausgenommen einem Phenylring
oder einem Alkylendioxyphenyl-Ringsystem), unabhängig davon, ob die
Verbindung durch eine der folgenden Arten modifiziert wird:
– durch Substitution im Ringsystem mit Alkyl-, Alkoxy-, Halogenalkyl-
oder Halogenid-Substituenten in irgendeinem Ausmass, unabhängig da-
von, ob diese im Ringsystem durch einen oder mehrere andere univalente
Substituenten weiter substituiert werden;
– durch Substitution an der Position 3 mit einem Alkyl-Substituenten;
– durch Substitution am 2-Amino-Stickstoffatom mit Alkyl- oder

Substituenten, unabhängig von weiteren Substitutionen am Cyclohexylring
in irgendeinem Ausmass.

Oh I know but u when yôu think about it they were going to get banned anyways, I see this as 1 step back, 2 steps forward. Its a lot easier making something quasi-legal illegal, but on the other hand making something legal that has been illegal for many years is a huge step forward for the swiss and *hopefully* the rest of the world to come, after we see what cannabis is like once they have relaxed the laws, it may lead down the path of decriminilisation of other drugs at some stage. Again this is just a hope that is probably never going to happen but it is hope nonetheless

I see your point.but I choose to disagree.this is sugarcaking for the new green-alternative establishment,to chill after hard days of making our lives a better place(through more social control by social workers and the ACAB boys).
any drug wich is decriminalized,is good,no arguing about that.
"One step forward,two step back."is more like I see it.this is a book fom 1902 written by Vladimir Lenin,about the tension in russian social democracy,which finaly lead to split menschewiki(majority) and bolschewiki(minority).

Fair point here, I don't think your being obnoxious, without discussion and conflicting points and arguments we wouldn't learn very much at all would we?
We need to discuss matters such as this in order to fully understand what is going on or what outcomes could come from situations such as this. I suppose we really will just need to see how the situation developes from here. Being honest I don't really have much information or education on the situation myself I was just throwing out an oppinion to get a bit of discussion started. By no means am I saying I am right, as I know I am probably not
