Strange, obscure, outsider music

The early Norwegian stuff still does it for me, I rate Burzum so highly.

I got one for you right here, I love Shitmat.

Burzum definitely took Black Metal to newer heights back in the 90's.

I prefer the 90's and 2000's Black Metal myself.

Don't hear much new stuff out now a days that really captures my attention. But that Vothana album I posted somewhere around here (could have been on another thread tho) from 2020 ( I think ) was pretty good for newer black metal.

I'd have to say Moonblood is one of my all time favorites. I have a lot of memories attached to listening to their stuff. And I love their tremelo riffs.
Black metal that is capable of capturing melancholy, eerie graveyard atmosphere & also medieval & pagan atmosphere all in the tremelo riffs is my favorite kind of black metal.
Thanks for the recommendations! ;)

Love EVIL from Brazil, but it appears their better tracks are disappearing left & right on YT (probably the NSBM/censorship).

Steve Coleman - Egypt to crypts in hyroglyphs

Strange rap piece but cool.

I don't know where to put Puscifer. It's Maynard Keenan's "collective unconscious" or something. Some Tool fans find it annoying and reckon Tool albums take so long because Maynard is dicking around with Puscifer lol. I love it.

Mark dresser - para waltz

He defenetively qualifies as an outsider with 117 Views in 7 years. Great track though.
