My understanding is that if you have coronavirus you're going to probably be too fucked up to be considering a DXM trip, when trying to breathe is a major effort... or you will be an asymptomatic carrier and have no symptoms at all

So basically there's no reason you should stop using DXM if you are healthy. if you have a positive coronavirus test then obviously you should stop though, for safety's sake.
