You'll feel shitty and headachy without it as its addictive and the withdrawals are crappy but dont last long.
You arent supposed to take it for more than 3 days at a time .
Daily use is a sign of dependance and while youre not taking a huge amount its not really going to be effective forever.
Maybe switch it up with something else or take some days off regardless of feeling shitty.
Codeine is not that bad for you and the problem would be not being able to get it suddenly.
