ginger and magnesium, maybe some chamomile tea, will do wonders.
This routine works best for me on 1P-LSD:
- Eat at least 1.5 hours before dropping. Usually a healthy, normal portion of breakfast (muesly, dried nuts, drief fruit)
- Drink a glass of water with (decent) multivitamins, this is more or less optional, I tend to do a fair amount of nitrous and am a vegetarian, so I need to stock up on vitamin B
- about half an hour before dropping, drink some ginger tea
- about half an hour after dropping, drink some ginger tea
- Remain hydrated throughout the trip, via orange juice or something else that isn't caffeinated or too sugary, helps to keep my bpm more or less regular.
This routine was crafted thoughout multiple trip and works best for me. The vitamins and the tea made the most difference.
